his mother is a vampire queen, reigning over sekhmet. his father is a high-ranking demon, highly respected within the underworld. jeongguk inherited the traits from both side beneficially; vampiric fluency in witchcraft, demonic strength and endurance. in order to stay alive, he can either devour souls or drink the blood of alive beings.

despite being twins, she and jeongguk are not wholly identical. she inherited the majority of her mother's genes, being born as a vampire. she is as strong as him and shares the majority of abilities with him, except he has more skills and whatnot due to his demonic side.
