From then on, Eugeo continued to train. He would never trust anyone who called him Eugioh again. As a cloudy day in Hoshido passes by, Eugeo takes cover from the rain under a ice roof he made from his sword. He was in the plains of Hoshido. In the distance, he sees a girl with red hair looking for cover. She spots Eugeo, and runs under the ice roof. She seemed exhausted. "Are you okay?" Eugeo asked her.
"Yes, I'm alright. Do you mind if I stay here, until the rain stops?" The girl asked.
"Oh, of course. I don't mind." Eugeo says with a soft smile.
The girl also smiles, and watches the rain pour down on the plains. "Your clothes. I've never seen anyone dress like that before. Do you mind if I ask...where I am?" The girls asked.
"You're in Hoshido." Eugeo answers her.
"Hoshido...? I've never heard of a place like this." She says, and continues to stare at the pouring rain. "Oh. I forgot to ask for your name. You are?"
"I'm Eugeo." Eugeo replies.
"Eugeo, then. My name is Celica. I'm...just a priestess." The girl introduces herself as Celica.
"It's nice to meet you." Eugeo says. "Are you alone?"
"I...would hope not. I honestly don't know if I'm the only one here, or not." Celica answered.
"Like I was..." Eugeo mutters. "Well, maybe I can help you. I'm part of army here in Hoshido, and I'm sure Corrin will hear you out." He adds.
"Yes, That would be very kind of you." She nods.
"Then...we'll leave when the rain stops." Eugeo says, and makes a pair of chairs of ice for them. "Careful, it's a little cold." He says. Celica smiles, and sits in the chair next to him.
As soon as He rain stopped, Eugeo took Celica back to Hoshido, and introduces her to Corrin. "A priestess? You...don't look like one." Corrin says.
"Well, I am a warrior priestess. From the continent of Valentia." She said.
"Valentia? I have never heard of that place. Perhaps there is more land out there, across the wide ocean." Corrin says.
"I don't remember crossing an ocean. But I don't know that I was heading to...the royal castle, but it was destroyed, crushed under multiple other castles." Celica describes.
"Crushed under other castles? That...doesn't sound right." Hinoka says.
"Indeed. I know my situation sounds strange, but it's true. I saw it." Celica replies.
"I don't trust her story. Whatever could exist that can toss castles onto other castles?" Takumi says.
"...a dragon." Corrin mutters.
"Corrin, have you gone mad? There's no way another dragon exists." Takumi says.
"Azura told me of another kingdom, one time. She said that...no, I can't talk about it here." Corrin says, remembering what Azura had said to her. "All I can say is, there is another dragon besides the Dawn Dragon and Dusk Dragon. A...forgotten dragon."
"A forgotten dragon...? You mean the creature that bestowed such terrible power to King Garon?" Ryoma asked.
"I'm certain of it." Corrin nods. "It's as Azura says. Maybe this dragon is doing the same to Leo, as we speak...!" Corrin says. "We need to get to Nohr, now!"
"Don't be rash, Corrin. We could walking right into a trap." Hinoka says.
"But...Leo..." Corrin mutters, holding her chest.
"I say we go to Nohr." Eugeo steps in.
"This isn't for you to decide, Eugeo." Takumi snaps.
"I know. But wouldn't that be the tactical thing to do? Think about it. Nohr has already broken the peace treaty between us and them. They want war to break out again. But if it's as Corrin says, and king Leo is being manipulated, then we need to act before things get out of hand. Plus, if we initiate the first attack, Nohr will be at a disadvantage." Eugeo says.
"Eugeo. We are country of peace. We do not start conflict, we defend from it." Ryoma says.
"Then you'll let thousands, no, millions of your people die just from letting them start the attack?! A king is supposed to defend his people, not retaliate when attacked. If defending means starting war, then it's your duty to protect those under you!" Eugeo retorts.
The royal family was silent. "Eugeo is right, Lord Ryoma. We can't let them get the first attack. People will die, yes. But more casualties will occur if we don't take action." Kirito backs up his friend.
"Kirito... Eugeo..." Corrin mutters.
"If you wish to start conflict, then we will not assist you. Be on your way." Ryoma dismisses them.
"We will. And later, you'll thank us for saving your people." Kirito says, and leaves with Eugeo.
"Brother, please listen to-"
"Enough Corrin!" Ryoma silences his sister.
Corrin could say nothing, so she just nods.
Eugeo's perspective
As me and Kirito leave the Hoshidan capital, we look back at the castle. "Guess we're on our own again, buddy." Kirito says.
"So it seems..." I say, still frustrated. Why would a king ignore his duty? I thought Ryoma of all people would understand.
"C'mon. We're going to Nohr." Kirito says.
"Can we make it on our own?" I asked as I follow him.
"We won't know unless we try." Kirito says, and walks on. I make a short jog to catch up with him, and we walk side by side.
When we get to the border, we see a large group of guards, armed to fight. Me and Kirito draw our blades, and go in to attack, one by one. As long as we stay out of their sight (or aggro zone) they won't attack us. We were eventually spotted, and soon, more waves of enemies appear. "Crap. We're getting outnumbered. And fast." Kirito says.
"What do we do...? Use our Perfect Weapon Control?" I ask him.
"That might be the best option." Kirito says.
As we chant our swords powers, a enemy charges at us, leaving us open, for an attack. As the axe fighter was about to swing his axe down, a wave of golden flowers rush by, blowing the enemy away, and giving us more time to unlock our sword's potential. I stabs my sword into the ground, and call out "Enhance Armament!"
Ice spikes shoot out of the ground, freezing most of our enemies. "Alice?!" I look to the left, and see Alice running toward us.
"What are you fools doing, leaving by yourselves?" Alice scolds us.
"Yeah Kirito! What did you plan to accomplish going alone?!" Asuna joins in the scolding.
"Men..." Sinon sighs is disappointment.
"Come now, ladies. They did well getting this far. They deserve praise." Celica was with them as well.
"Well, at least someone is on our side." Kirito mutters.
"Uh...hahaha..." I chuckle nervously. "You all came to help us?" I asked.
"Of course. We followed you by following Kaden's nose." Asuna answered me. "Thanks again, Kaden." She adds, and Kaden appears behind.
"No problem. Happy to help." The fox male says.
"Now then, let us proceed. Into Nohr." Alice says, and everyone present joins the cause.
