"Yein-ah! Wait up!" Someone yelled behind me.
Tears welled up in my eyes, I didn't dare to look back.
I'm leaving Fantagio.
"Yerin-ah!" I heard the footsteps rushing behind me, and I, too, ran.
"Yerin, stop!"
I didn't dare to stop.
Then someone trapped me in their arms.
Dongmin.
Sobs filled the air and I realized that it wasn't mine.
Dongmin is crying.
Because of me.
"Why are you leaving?" He cries, burying his face in my shoulder.
I try to push him away.
"I'm sorry, Dongmin. But it's for the both of us. If I don't leave, you'll be kicked out of Fantagio."
"Who cares?" He counters, burying his face further to my shoulder, "I don't mind getting kicked out. As long as you're here, Yein-ah."
I chuckle bitterly, "Sad to say, Dongmin. But I really have to go."
This time, I manage to get out of his grasp.
"Yein-ah... don't go. For me, please Yein-ah." Dongmin pleads, still crying.
I could feel my heart break.
But I have to go.
For him.
"I'm sorry, Eunwoo." I turn to leave, not even sparing him a glance.
"Yein, wait." His voice calls me again, and this time I turn around.
"You told me that you loved me. And now it's my turn to return the favor."
I stood there, stunned, as I felt his lips touch the crown of my head.
Dongmin wipes my tears and smiles at me.
"I will always love you, my Yerin."
As he said those, an occurring thought went to my mind:
Did he really mean it?
"I want to tell you, who is so kind.
I will send my heart on a cloud and tell you."
