Time skip to two days after they get to school.
Harry was woken by a loud thump, he opened his eyes and reached for his glasses on his nightstand. Rons and Deans tense figures came into focus, there bodies acting like shields to keep a very determined Seamus and Neville from pouncing on Harry, now that he was in full heat. It was then harry felt the cramps roll over him like water. His muscles twitched.
Dean who is a beta, and is able to resist Harrys heat, lifted Harrys limp body out of bed in one swift tug. He carried Harry all the way to the hospital wing. The bright natural light confronted Dean as he stumbled through the hospital door.
"Ah Mr. Potter, what has he done now?" said madam Pomfery as she waddled over.
"I believe he's gone into heat." explained dean, lowering harry onto the bed.
"Would you please carry him over here, he is not safe around alphas while in heat, neither he nor the alpha will be able to resist each other while he is in heat." madam Pomfery instructed, pointing at a room with a heavy door. Dean laied Harrys barley conscious body on the mattress in the room, before walking out, still panting from the effort of carrying Harry. Madam Pomfery sealed the door with many locking spells that she alone would be able to remove. Dean left the hospital and went help Ron calm the mortified Seamus and Neville.
After sealing the door, madam Pomfery watched Dean leave, she closed the door behind him. Not a minute later the door flew open, revealing a blond boy, who quickly crashed into the newly locked door. She recognised the boy as Draco Malfoy. He pressed himself against the vent at the bottom of the door, deeply inhaling Harry Potter's heat scent. This is a curious event thought madam Pomfery, The only time an alpha will react this much is when the alpha and omega are perfect matches. This happened often when omegas went into their first heat. Their perfect alpha would come crashing through the hospital. What was curious was that Harry Potter and Draco Malfoy were perfect for each other. This was going to be a bad year for them
