In Smash 4 you cant dodge their by step step or rolling due to the the move the Light comes so fast that even if you dodged the arrow with still hit you because its so quick.
Try to be close to them and move and jump a lot making it harder for them to get you and finish you in the end.
In Smash Ultimate avoid Zelda's Triforce espeically if your at 100 damage or its a KO if you're playing stock matches.
