I always loved stars.
they were my weak spot even when I was a child.
My father died when I was 12 and my mother had a hard time bearing it.
she told me once,that it's not important for me even if she suffers withoutmy father.
I cried because of what she said but it was ok.
I had my stars.I would watch stars alone..without my father!
I started wishing to be with him again.
I missed him..he didn't know how hard it was to be alone in the world.
he had no idea because he left us selfishly.
I was like other kids..I needed a father to be by my side..
I needed him to pet my head and comfort me with his special words..
I had no father to fight beside me.
I tried to be happy but my effor was useless..
I couldn't make it without my father..

"hey cutie.come here."
I bit my lower lip and held my head down.
escaping was my usual work.
I started running when they followed me.
I had nowhere to go except school.
I was going there but I stopped when someone held his hand on my mouth and hid me behind a wall.
My heart was beating fast.
I didn't know him but I knew he wasn't there to help me without wanting anything from me.
"You..ok?"
he turned me around and scanned me with his eyes.
he seemed younger than me.his eyes looked worried.
I nodded and held my head down again.
"I didn't mean to scare you.I'm sorry.I'm changkyun."He smiled brighty and made me recognize him.
"Im Changkyun?"I asked quietly and he just nodded amazed.
"You know me?"
"your seat is at the corner of the class.."
I held my sleeve in my fist shyly and kept staring at the floor.
"You're smart."He petted my head and made me look up at his smile.
"I wished we could talk more but we need to go."
he held my wrist and dragged me with him.
I didn't avoid holding someone's hand for once.
I trusted him because he saved me.
we entered our class and sat on our seats.
I was still ashamed.I had to thank him for saving me but I couldn't say anything.
I bit my lower lip and looked up when I heard someone sat in front of me.
"I forgot to get your number.if that's ok.."changkyun laughed nervously.
I just nodded in reply and he gave me his phone to get my number.
"Thank you cutie~"
he petted my head again and went to his seat.
I hated to be called cutie.bullies were always saying that without they care about my feelings.
but when changkyun said it I felt like he didn't mean something bad.
It was better than calling be by my name..

"Class's over."
the teacher left the class and the students started making noise.
I packed my books slowly and left the class.
It was my second year of high school but I had no friend yet.
Yet-
suddenly someone curled his arms around my shoulder.
I stared at changkyun with my widened eyes.
wasn't he acting too friendly?
"Lets go together."he smiled and showed off his dimples.
I almost forgot I had dimples too..
it had been a long time since I smiled.
I just nodded.Fighting wouldn't help at all.
It was raining.I didn't hate rain but I wondered why changkyun was pulling me like that.
"Where's your house?I'll go with you."
I shook my head.
"You don't need to go with me.I can go myself."
"I'll go with you."
I didn't know why he wanted to do that when he didn't have to.
He held my hand and walked toward my house with my lead.
It didn't take a long time until we arrived.
I rang to inform my mother to open the door but she didn't seem to be home.
"What is it?"changkyun asked and stood beside me.
"I guess she left without calling me."I bit my lower lip and tried to contact her but her phone was off.
I breathed out and stared at the door,not knowing what I had to do anymore.
"Lets go to my place then."
I turned around and looked at changkyun.
why was he inviting a stranger to his house?
"My hyung is on a trip so he won't go back soon.you can stay there.we won't go to school tomorrow after all."
I didn't know if I could trust him and go there or not.
but I had to.
he was my savior after all.
I nodded and held my head down.
We walked toward his house.
It was far.I didn't know why he wanted to walk with me to my house and go back to his when his house was that far.
He opened the door and shook his head for me to enter.
I bit my lower lip and entered slowly.
his house was big.
I was kind of glad that his hyung wasn't home.I would die from embarrassment.
"your clothes are wet.I'll prepare you clean clothes if you want to shower."
I nodded and put my bag down and followed him to find the bathroom.
