When i landed in London, i was breathless. Everything was perfect. 

I hopped in a taxi and headed for my hotel.

“hello mrs.shores welcome to london  i hope your stay pleasant.” a lady behind the counter greeted me.

“i will.” i walked off feeling like I've never felt before.

London was perfect for me a fresh start.

I took a quick nap considering the time i was exhausted.

Later that day i had a meeting with a realtor. 

“Hello!” he laughed, he looked about my age maybe a year or two older.

“hi…”i smiled looking down at the ground .

“you must Kallie quite a cheeky name and that accent american right?”

“yeah I'm here for collage and i need an apartment. you must be Jack” i moved my bangs from my face to behind my ear.

“great.” he smiled ear to ear, “maybe we should look at those apartments now.”

“yeah.”i giggled

We walked down the little hill to the cutest apartment ever.

“oh my gosh! its adorable!” i eked

“well lets see the inside first. looks can be deceiving cant they now.”

“okay” i nodded like a bobble head looking totally idiotic.

“your adorable.” he laughed

“thanks.” i smiled feeling my cheeks turned red.

“so i bet your boyfriends really mad about you moving.” he glanced at me opening up the door.

“not really. I'm single.” i cringed at the sight of the inside.

It was moldy yellow the carpet reaked of wet dog. 

“ew please close the door next!” i giggled.

We drove to the next apartment.

i didn't like the outside of the building as soon as we pulled up i yelled next.

We went through 3 other apartments and i didn't like any of them. I felt hopeless until i saw it. the last perfect sanctuary. 

“really?” Jack looked shocked

“what?”

“the way your looking at this house says you want it.”

“i do. its perfect.” i smiled so big my jaw began hurting.

“you haven't even seen the inside.” Jack laughed heading towards the dark red front door.

“i don’t need to.”I skipped inside.

“okay then.” he laughed

“i want it!” i screamed

“okay are you sure.” 

“positive! i can imagine me and Kian growing old here together,” i smiled
