"whats wrong?" i asked confused
everyone looked at eachother as if they are debating who should tell me
"bella we found out you were pregnant with twins" jasper spoke up sadly
my instant thought was one of my children died but then i remembered what edward said before 'would you like to meet one of your daughters'
"where is she" i demanded angrily
i didnt mean to sound agressive but something bad has obviously happened i can see it on all their faces
alice walked over and took my hand in hers and led me into carlisles office where edward was sitting on the chair his back to me and carlisle was standing to the side looking sad
"edward" i asked gently
he turned round and i saw an incubator with the smallest baby ive ever seen in it. i could hear her slow heartbeat and watched her chest rise slowly up and down
"whats wrong with her" i asked hoarsely
if i could cry id be crying my eyes out right now..my little girl looks so helpless and theres nothing i can do
"while she was in the womb she didnt get the ammount of blood or food that she needed due to that she is very small and very weak right now" carlisle told me sadly
"will she be okay?" i choked out
edward embraced me in a hug but i could see all the sadness in his eyes how did i not notice that before?
"she has a 50/50 chance of surviving" he said sorrowfully
my heart broke within that second my little girl might not live..
"shes a fighter bella and with enough blood and care she will beat this" carlisle added
"whats her name?" i asked looking up at edward
he sighed
"she doesnt have a name" he answered
why didnt he name her?
"what name do you like?" i asked him
we took a seat next to our little girl and i put my hand in the incubator and held her tiny little hand..it was so small and weak making my heartache for her
"pheobe aurora valerie cullen" he answered looking at her with so much adoration and sadness
"shall i put that on her birth certificate?" carlisle asked
"yes" we both answered
he smiled and went to write it out while we watched our little one fight for her life
"why aurora valerie?" i asked curiously looking up at him but
"because it means healthy and strong" he answered not taking his eyes off her
what if she doesnt make it?

poor edward and bella i would never be able to handle ir understand the pain they are going through
"they have been up there for hours" rosalie commented
we all looked at her
"bella just found out one of her daughters might not make it rose" emmett said looking at her sternly
she looked at us all like we were all idiots
"they still have one daughter here they need to lool after" she hissed balancing renesmee on her knee
we all glared at her
"your unbelivable" jasper hissed
"edward has been through alot inthese last few days and they have us to help" esme said sternly
"WHAT ABOUT RENESMEE THOUGH THEY CANT JUST FORGET ABOUT HER!" she yelled making renesmee cry
esme took her out of roses arms and left the room while we all started arguing
"THEY HAVENT FORGOTTEN ABOUT HER BUT INCASE YOU HAVENT NOTICED THERES A BABY UP THERE THATS FIGHTING FOR HER LIFE" emmett roared at her shocking us all
rose looked at him as if he just slapped her across her face
"i didnt forget" she quietly
we all scoffed at her shes being totally unfair!
"yeah well none of us know what they are going through that poor baby might not live long enough to even open her eyes so how about you shut up and let them greive" jasper hissed angrily
i really hope that that little girl makes it because i dont think the family will cope if she doesnt

edward and bella finally came down with sad faces i could feel all of their emotions making me grimace in pain
depressed
sadness
hopeful
hurt
i want to take the pain away from them but i know it wouldnt work their emotions were too strong and high it made me feel powerless not being able to do a thing
"how is she?" esme asked softly with sad eyes
edward didnt answer he just took renesmee from her arms and held her close as he sat on the couch rocking her to sleep
"we dont know" bella replied sighing
she took a seat next to edward and they just watched renesmee sleep while we all sat quietly the silence was deafening
"has she got a name yet?" alice asked with a small smile
they both looked up and smiled at that
"pheobe aurora valery cullen" they both replied
we all smiled at that even rose suprisingly i could feel the jealousy and anger radiating off her but she also had sympathy and guilt too
"its beautiful" esme commented we all nodding agreeing
"we should take renesmee home" bella said looking down at her sleeping daughter
"will one of you stay with pheobe i dont want her to be alone" edward spoke for the first time
i stoodup and patted his back
"dont worry ill stay with her" i smiled
he gave me a grateful smile and alice took them to the cottage we all built for them while i went into the room our little fighter was sleeping in
"hello pheobe..im your uncle jasper" i whispered holding her small tiny hand with my finger
she made a gurgle noise and that gave me hope that she will make it through this and i know one day she will be a strong and bright girl
