Chapter 39

Natilie's POV

I'm in my gear ready for battle,we can all hear the pounding of wolf paws,we're all transformed besides me,I see Damien in the crowd,I clench my teeth "Ready?!" I shout and they all howl in response,I stare back to Damien,we make eye contact and he growls "Last chance" I shook my head "attack" I battle cry and we all seem to go slow motion as we attack and quickly he's in front of me but a wolf attacks me before I could do anything,it holds my hands hostage as Damien nears me,his hands move in different directions and I feel weak and unable to do anything,he transforms and his wolf smirks,I close my eyes and I hear snaps and clicks as I transform,I attack the wolf from behind me and snap his neck,I turn back to Damien as he lunged at my neck I whimper as he bites down hard but before more damage could be done Carter rammed him into a tree,I transform and my gear is already on me,I move my hands in a circular motion and water appears out from the ground and swirling around,I blow and it freezes and I throw it at Damien,he growls and transform with gear on as well,I pull out my silver bullet gun out and shoot at him,at first he groans but it heals and my brows furrow together "How's that possible?!" I yell over the growls and snaps "oh dear Natilie didn't you even try and look up what we could do?" I nodded "of course what idiot wouldn't?" He smirks "but did you read the right book?" he says as my vision is clouded with swirls,I shake my head and try and block it out but nothing works,fire appears around me and now I'm trapped...only me and Damien...no mates,no army, no one

I throw pieces of the ground at him and the effects from earlier wear off,I spray out the fire around us and run off before he can find me,I help everyone I can,My leg is caught by a Black wolf and I kick my boot at it and it holds its grip tighter and I wince,I move my hands vertical then horizontal and he falls to the ground,I snap his neck quickly and I spot Damien killing one of my pack members,this only fuels my anger and I run full speed into him he looks unconscious but it only last for a second before sharp ice crystals are thrown at me,one hits my leg and blood spews out just like my neck,I turn invisible but am fully aware that he can probably see me but others can't,I run and run killing his pack while doing so,he grabs my wrist and I hear a snap,I wince but it heals I turn to him and punch with my super strength,his nose cracks and he does the same but pushes me to the ground and starts to try and bit my neck again since the other bite he gave me is still healing,I growled and pushed him off me and he scratched at my arm and I whimpered in pain,He smirks and continues to snap at me,He grabs my neck and I bleed even worse,My eyes slowly close but it's not the end because it's not fading into the dark,everything is still going on but I'm paralyzed as well as for Damien,he starts fidgeting and moving away from me,his eyes change color and his wolf switches colors,Damien tries to growl but nothing works,my instincts tell me to try and help him but my body stands still,Damien lets out a painful howl which means that he's dying and for the pack to retreat,I gasp slowly as he slowly denigrates into gold dust and fades into the wind,howls escape from the rest of his pack and they run back to their territory,I transform back to my human form "We win?" I state more as a question,I turn to the pack "We win!" they all go behind trees and put on clothes,they all rejoice but I'm left in confusion, how did that happen? I shake my head and smile slightly, it'll make sense later

Hey! yep it's still soooo short! I had a hard time writing this since I don't know how to really write action scenes but I really hope you like it! :) this book will be going under major editing and I've decided that the next chapter is the end but I'll be adding 2 bonus chapter plus the sequel!!! It's called 'Revolution' I've already started the first chapter! Anyway, thanks so much! this book has gotten 5k+ reads!!! I love you all!
