14 years Later......(short chappie)

I held the little girl in my arms "she's beautiful" Carter whispered "We have to take some test,then we'll bring her back" The nurse said before taking my little baby away "What do you want to name her?" I asked Carter "Emily? no! Ashlyn! or maybe Carly,what do you think?" I tapped my chin "Rayleigh" He nods "what about her middle name?" I think for a moment "Rayleigh Elizabeth Moone" he strokes my cheek "I love you" I smile at him "I love you too" I grab his hand and intertwine it with mine "I-I need to talk to Natilie for a moment" the nurse says and reluctantly he leaves "yes?" I ask softly "Your baby has gone missing" My eyes go wide "This is just some sick joke right?" she shakes her head "I'm sorry Luna but we've checked every last baby and none of them belong to you" Tears leak from my eyes "C-Carter" I shout through the sniffles,he rushes in and to my side "what's wrong, where's our baby girl?" I cry even harder in his chest "she's missing" the nurse whispers,He growls uncontrollably "who's taken her? were you not even watching the children? are the others ok?" the nurse sighs "We think its rouges and of course I was! do you think I'm going to just let anyone in? and no others seem to be missing besides her" I run my fingers through my hair "can we find her?" She bits on her lip "I'm afraid that there's no scent left behind" that meant that humans or hunters took her "No! She's not gone! this is just a joke! stop it now!" I shouted while I cried hysterically "It's-It's ok" Carter whispered and I glared at him "You and I both know that right now you want to throw a huge temper tantrum but you're trying to be brave for me, stop!" he sighs "Natilie, we'll find her, the moon goddess did this for a reason" I growled lowly "She took away my precious baby! there is no reason for her to do that! she hates me, she curses us and now look at what's happened to our baby! She could be held for ransom or maybe sold perhaps they'll keep her forever or kill her!" His eyes turned black "the moon goddess did this for a reason, give it time! it could've saved her! and I doubt that the moon goddess would want to kill Rayleigh! especially since you're the Kolide!" I sighed "I just want her! I want to watch her grow up, find her mate, transform, I want her back" I sobbed into his chest "I want her back too, but we'll have to wait" I sobbed harder into his chest

What have I done to deserve this?
