Ahh Friends, the people to laugh with, the people to cry with, the people who are just as crazy as you, and finally the people who you can make their love obvious to their crushes and they won't kill you for it. (most of the time) So today I will be telling you all a story about some people that I thought where my friends but in reality (or the Realm of Depression as I like to call it) were back-stabbing butt faces (excuse my language). So this was in kindergarten and I was, how do you say it, a completely pathetic shy blob. (not much has changed but I'm getting better) It used to be so bad though that I hardly talked to my mom in public and when I did it was mostly just a whisper. Back then I was the quiet kid and didn't have many friends because of it. I usually just played by myself, or with the boys if I was lucky. One day this group of girls came up to me and asked if I wanted to play with them. Now I only shook my head 'no' because even back then I knew when someone didn't like me and I had been teased by this group of girls many times before. Nothing to bad, but it usually dragged down my already sad mood a bit. So after said no I walked off to go play in the tube that bridged two smaller play sets together. But after a few minutes of just playing by myself some of those girls came in the tube on my right side, and they just sat down and tried to talk to me already knowing that I wouldn't talk back. So I just nodded and left, but they followed me. I noticed them doing this and told a supervisor. And guess what happened when the supervisor turned around with me. THE GIRLS WHERE HIDING! THEY WHERE FLIPPING HIDING! So the supervisor told me to just go play, but those girls kept following me. I went back to the supervisor and when she turned around again everyone had hidden except for one girl she hadn't found a spot in time and the lady said "What are you girls doing come out." All of the girls got out of their hiding spots and came up to her. "Now what are you all doing that has made Nova so upset?" she asked. I was almost in tears because I just wanted to be left alone, that day had not been a good one for me. And one of those girls said " We just wanted to play Hide- And-Seek with her and she keeps on moving away." Guess what happened next the lady told me to go sit on a little stone wall bordering the big tree and stay away from these girls. THAT WAS WHAT I WAS TRYING TO DO IN THE FIRST PLACE, AND DID ANY OF THESE GIRLS GET IN TROUBLE FOR ALMOST MAKING ME CRY NOOOOO! So I went to go sit on the little wall and put my head in my hands when I felt a small tap on my shoulder I look up to see a little girl offering me her hand "Want to go play with me and my friend?" she asked. I nodded and took her hand. That little girl is one of my best friends now she knows virtually everything about me. I made other friends to, and now I am meeting more amazing people like you. So if you see someone on a little stone wall having a bad day, please remember this story and go play with them you might impact their life in a bigger way than you think possible.

So the solution to this problem is find group of people, it doesn't have to be big, and form bonds with them. For all you know, those people might be the best people you will ever meet.

A/n: ok this one was a big one. hehe. I kinda got lost in my story and I know the solution sounds cliche, but it's the truth.

Go give your friends a hug.
