Okay, this is actually a very interesting pairing to me. Out of all the ships in the show (Aside from canon ones)- Cartman x Butters has been hinted at the most.
For instance, when Cartman sucked Butters dick, and when he was making Butters suck his. And that time when Cartman had mentioned in the vampire episode "Butters is gay for my good looks" (Or something).
It's been hinted at alot, so I would say it's pretty logical and I see why people would ship it. However, if you judge this by both Cartman and Butters interaction with each other, I would say it would be an unhealthy / abusive relationship; Since Butters is extremely innocent and obediant, and Cartman is very dirty minded and demanding.
So overall, I'd give this ship a 5.5/10. It DOES make sense, but it's very unbalanced and (somewhat) toxic.
