~Carols pov~
After the final battle against Thanos I was flying back to the old Avengers tower. When I arrived I found a young girl sitting on the couch looking scared as ever. I slowly walked over to her trying not to startle her "Hi sweetie" I said in a soothing voice she turned to look at me that's when I saw she was crying "Hey what's wrong" I asked "I-I think m-my d-dad might di-die" she said with a scared voice as tears started to fall again "Who's your dad sweetie" "T-tony" she said her voice breaking, tears were streaming down her face I sat with her trying to comfort her until someone she knew turned up

~Peppers pov~
I walked into the lounge and saw carol with Morgan in her lap both of them passed out with a blanket around them I looked around a bit to see if anyone else was there. When I got to the kitchen I heard someone and found a young lady in there. "Who are you" she asked "I could ask you the same thing" I snapped back "wOw no need to get angry" she said "sorry" I muttered under my breath "Valkyrie" she said "Huh?" "My names Valkyrie" she responded "oh right, I'm pepper"

~Carols pov~
I slowly woke up when I heard voices I put Morgan on my hip trying not to wake her up and walked into the kitchen to find two women standing there talking
Carol: Hi
Pepper: Morgan?
Carol: Nope I'm carol
Pepper: yea, yea is that Morgan?
Carol: Oh yEa it is, are you pepper?
Pepper: yea, why
Carol: Oh Morgan told me her moms name is Pepper, do you want her?
Pepper: yea
Carol: ok here ya go
Pepper took Morgan from me and I finally looked over to the other woman in the room my jaw dropped how hadn't I noticed her before she's so beautiful. I was frozen I couldn't move my mouth felt like it was permanently open. "Are you ok?" She asked her voice brought me out of my shock "ummm yea I uhhh gotta go tho" why did I say that I didn't have to go "uhhhhh okkk byeee then" she said confusion washed over her face.

I was walking around the tower trying to find the kitchen. " Man this tower is huge" I mumbled under my breath "you need some help" a voice from behind me asked I turned around to see a girl with red hair and blonde tips looking at me "yea, that would be good thanks" is what I told her she put her hand out and I shook it "Hi I'm Natasha Romanoff, but you can call me Nat" she said with a slight smile "Hey I'm CJ" I said "Sooooo I've never seen you round here, you new?" She asked "Ummmmm well it's a little complicated you know my aunt" I said "yea, who?" She questioned "Carol" I replied with a chill voice she chocked on her water "WhAt" She sputtered
