It was the first day back to school after the summer break I was excited but really nervous like really nervous I didn't really care about how many friends I would make because in my previous schools I didn't make many friends I didn't know what to expect so I just played some music and got out of bed I got Dressed into something decent it was a yellow jumper some jean shorts and converse w/ a messy bun.

"Y/n come down stairs!" My mum called "coming" I replied I guessed I was late for breakfast luckily my dad wasn't awake because he'd probably say this big quote and beg to walk me to school my mum knew that so she told me to leave right that second.
I grabbed my bag and AirPods and walked off Down the street as I got to the school everyone was looking at me and whispering I felt like telling them to go and f*** off but I wanted a good first impression so I didn't as I walked to my locker a group of people came a pushed me they started to kick and punch me I could feel tears in my eyes as everyone started to crowd around me just before I started balling my eyes out the principal came and stopped them. I ran off and went to wash my face before class. As I walked in there was one seat left so I sat down and noticed I was sitting next to one of the boys that where kicking me.
3 hours passed and it was finally time for lunch I got my lunch but had no where to sit so I went to leave as I turned around I heard people calling "hey new girl come over here" so I went over to them. "Wanna sit w/ us?" One of them said " hi I'm Cyrus and this is Ryan" Cyrus said I thought to my self oh s*** their kinda cute "umm hi I'm y/n" "nice name y/n" Ryan said winking "so what u doing" I said w/ the most awkward look on my face I'm such an idiot "we're just waiting for our friend benji he is always last for some reason it's not like he has a gf" Cyrus said bursting out w/ laughter "here he comes" Ryan said "Ben get your a** over here" he then shouted at him I look over my shoulder and it was him the one who kicked me as he sat down I looked at him and he looked back he gave me an awkward smile but it was kinda adorable at the same time I couldn't help but smile back for the rest of the day I couldn't get benji off my mind but I was fine w/ it because I think for the first time I was in love and I didn't care I got home and texted my BFF Emma and told her all about my day. Then I got this random message I checked it out it was from benji saying
Benji: hey y/n I'm sorry being such a douche earlier Idk what was wrong w/ me I hope you can forgive me
Y/n: hey benji it's fine idc anyway like I do but I don't because you are such a chill guy
This conversation went on for ages probably until like 2:30.
