But it's still the truth at the end of every damn day.
The people we trust will be the ones to kill us,
So forgive me if I see no point in kicking up a fuss.

But that's because you're the one that tore it the fuck apart.
Gimme a kiss and then run away,
Just what the hell am I even supposed to say?!
I'm trying to bury what's left of me,
So take a sip in my memory.
Whoops - sorry!
I forgot that you forgot ever so conveniently.
Please don't go,
But if you must then at least take my soul.
Bury my heart in the moon dust,
But I like it best when it's jus the two of us.
Please,
Just finish the job.
Take my soul and bury it way down low,
Somewhere not even the stars can glow.
It hurts to love you,
But it's all I know how to do.
