You woke up to the sound of Chris' alarm clock. Today, you're going to New York Presbyterian Hospital to either work on your files or start working. You don't know yet, but all you know is that you're here for that job you really like. You got out of Chris' grip while he is still sleeping and you went to his kitchen to make some breakfast. It's still too early tho, you found nothing but some luncheon meat on his kitchen cabinet, and so you went out to go to the nearest store in his flat while he is still sleeping. You went to buy bacon and eggs for you remember that it's Chris' favorite breakfast. You also went to buy some chicken breast to cook something for dinner. Then you went back to Chris' flat, he is still asleep though, so you went to his kitchen and start cleaning everything. You checked the time and it was 6:30 already. You and Chris needs to go to work at 8:00 so you better start cooking the breakfast and wake him up. You searched for his cooking equipments and started doing your work. While doing the breakfast, you heard a knock on the door. Out of your curiosity, you washed your hands, you wiped it away and you went to the door and opened it. There you saw Kate in his front door and you asked what's the matter.

"Oh, hi.. oh my god am I on the wrong apartment? this is Chris' flat, right?" She said.

"Oh yeah, what brings you here?" You asked.

"Oh, I'm here to check Chris, anyways, who are you?" Kate said.

"Oh, I'm the girlfriend." You said.

"Oh my god! You're finally here!! Chris always tend to talk about you while we're on set. You two must be really in love." She said.

"Oh really? I'm really thankful that you're here for Chris, so what brings you here anyways?" You asked.

"Oh, every morning, I always wake Chris up by just knocking on the door and we will go for breakfast outside together. I didn't know you'd be here already, I'm sorry." She said in a tone where you started to dislike the way she said it.

"Thank you, but you really didn't have to do that." You said.

"Well it's kind of a ritual so.." she said.

"Well, I'm already here, and from now i'm really in charge for that.. so thanks for the kind gesture but I can take it from here." You said as your blood starts to boil.

"Oh, I'm sorry.. I— I, I gotta go.." she said and she walked out the door.

You slammed the door closed and teared up a little, realizing that Chris wasn't that faithful at all, like you thought he would be here in New York.

He was loyal, yes. But faithful, no.

You just forget the fact that this morning happened and act like it didn't happen. You went back to your business which is cooking, and you were really into it.

Minutes later, you finally finished cooking and realized that you're missing something, but you just don't know what is it. Oh! Bread and Cranberry juice, Chris loves it. So you rushed back to the store and bought some, but just as you are in the cashier to pay for the things you got, somebody called you by your name, it was from the back so you looked back.

"Y/N." The unfamiliar voice said. So you looked back.

You tried to analyze her face but you really just don't know who she is.

"Sorry, have we met before?" You asked.

"It's okay, I'm just a nobody." The woman said as she looked back because his boyfriend was calling her and she smiled at you and walked away.

Today was a bit weird, you didn't know that New York is gonna be like this. You thought about the fact that she knows you yet you don't know her. You start to think that there's a connection between her and Chris. Why would she know you anyways if you're new here? Right? You would've known her if she's from Massachusetts but her face is very new, you never seen her before. You just forget it and walked back to Chris' flat. He is still sleeping. You went to get some place mats and glasses so you can fill it up with the Cranberry juice you bought. Once everything is settled, you retouched the place by spraying some air freshener. Everything was good, and you decided to wake up Chris.
