Skylar Skylar is Danny's younger sister by ten months. Skylar is not like other people she is what is called a mutant and a very powerful one at that and is currently living in a high security institution and has been since she was 13 years old the institution is for mutants who need help controlling there gifts. danny visits her as often as he can Skylar loves her brother he is the only one who really understands her were others call her crazy danny simply sees her as misunderstood. Danny obviously knows she is a mutant and knows about her gifts but also knows she would never hurt him and that she just wants to feel accepted loved instead of people fearing her or judging her because of what she is and how she ended up in the institution. Skylar's gifts:- Skylar is powerful telepath to the point she could control someone if she chose to. She can we telekinesis and she also has electrokenisis and has to wear gloves specifically made for her so she doesn't fry any electrical things by accident. Skylar can combine her gifts to use at the same time which is why she is classed as a dangerous mutant. Skylar's telepathy appears when she was 12 and half which actually made her go crazy due to not been able to block others thoughts out at all which is how she ended up at the institution. Skylar has dark black waist long hair with natural electric blue streaks in it

Gideon. Gideon is a mutant and also Skylar's handler the one who is in charge of Skylar's wellbeing and keeping Skylar in control of her gifts Gideon has the gift of subconscious manipulation can mame you decide to do something through your subconscious mind without you even knowing unless the person is a powerful enough telepath. Gideon wants to control Skylar and use her as a kind of weapon.
All other characters are the same as the movie sally and Jackson take to Skylar straight away 3 finger feels extremely attracted to Skylar when they first meet one eye and saw tooth feel protective of Skylar due to her small frame and that she is younger
Danny's friends Jillian thinks she is crazy and doesn't like her. Brian doesn't understand her Vic talks to her but doesn't understand her Toni tries to get on with Skylar for Danny's sake but doesn't like her or understand her Rod Toni's brother tries get on with her but thinks she's crazy but also understands why danny is so overprotective of her. Charlie doesn't like or dislike Skylar he remains neutral when it comes to Skylar as he sees how much Danny loves her and how he is a different person when Skylar is around.
