The sun sparkle
in your shining eyes.
And your smile are as clear
as the dawning sky.
The world was
somehow altered.
Things had changed
but it didn't matter.
I looked up in the wide
open area above.
There was a sea of clouds
And the birds flew
in the serenity of love.
The sun is beaming
the rays of your warmth.
And for once, at least,
I'm in a reverie.
