we walk down stairs into Eto's room going straight to bed Eto, Tatara, Ayata and Nora take their masks off as Tatara takes her cloak off along with her shoes as Nora takes her shoes off Ayata takes her combat boots off and unzips her jacket as i get in bed and i’m joined by Ayata and Tatara as Eto gets in bed behind Tatara and Nora gets in behind Ayata as i grab a pillow they all wrap their blankets over us all and i hum at the warmth as Ayata looks at me and i know why

Ayata: sorry if you were scared by what you saw

She says in a caring tone and i just hum lightly at that Kanta has still been a thought in my head i can’t shake

Eto: what happened?

Ayata: when i found him in anteiku he saw Yamori beating up one of the girls that had Rize’s scent on her and Jack froze when he saw that Yamori actually told me to get him out of there before he broke down

Eto: oh?

Eto chimes in a curious tone as Nora and Tatara look at me intently

Tatara: did something happen Jack?

Tatara asks in a curious tone as i get nervous

Jack: w-well...i...kinda...grew...a-attached...to...K-Kanta…

I say as my nervousness is replaced with fear that the girls might hurt me or Kanta

Eto: it’s fine i’ll just handle her tomorrow…

Jack: NO don’t please?

They all look at me with surprise and Curiosity

Tatara: what is it that makes you want her to be safe?

Jack: well...after Rize lied to them all that i tried to escape and they chained one of my legs to a bed Kanta and i got close she was the only one who believed me since she herself has experience with Rize

Eto: fine i won’t but i can’t say she’ll be fine Yamori will drive her insane

Jack: what if he had Rize instead?

They look at me confused

Ayata: we don’t have her

Jack: but i can find her

They look at me intently

Jack: now correct me if i’m wrong but if you drink a person's blood and then that person gets away you can still identify that specific person’s blood if it’s exposed to the air

Ayata: yeah

Jack: well don’t get mad but Rize changed my bandages and while doing that asked if she could have a taste not really wanting to piss her off i let her…

Tatara: so she has your scent?

I nod slowly

Eto: fine i’ll confront Yamori on this and see if he would let Kanta go

I sit up giving a warm smile

Jack: thanks Eto

I say as i give her a peck on the cheek and she blushes and i chuckle laying back down as i back into Tatara and pull Ayata to me hugging her as i close my eyes and sleep

(alright guys while they're all asleep i’ll cover Jack back in anteiku right after Rize bandaged Jacks shoulder)
