04: THE HUNT

Jungkook's POV

After school, we bid our goodbyes to our two new friends Jimin and Tae~... look I'm sorry, he's my mate and I can't help myself! We went to the parking lot, now as we all got inside Namjoon hyung's car he drove all of us back to Golden Paw, because today is the day that the 4 of us have been waiting for!! Today is the 'Big Hunt'!! That means all of us are going on a hunt for the pack and we were also a little nervous, cause my father made us go hunt animals in the 'Snow Storm Forest'!! Elder wolves say that the Snowstorm forest was so dangerous that whoever walks in that forest never returned to their respectful packs, and to say we were a little nervous but we fought back the fear.

-some time later-

We arrived at Golden Paw, we got out of the car and Namjoon gave the keys to one of our drivers as we walked inside the pack house, and as always we were greeted by my little sister.

"Oppa!!" Chun-ja yelled running up to me giving me a bear hug as I hugged back, and let go as soon as I saw my parents making their way towards us

"Hey mom, dad!" I greeted giving them a hug then let go and smiled at them as they smiled back

"Oh my dear bun, will you and your friends be alright at the big hunt today?" My mother asked with a worry in her voice

"Calm down honey, I'm sure they will be alright, but your mothers right, are you guys gonna be o-". "Of course dad, you know how much we trained for this and we're prepared! So don't worry" I cut him off giving them a reassuring smile and they only nodded

My father told us to change our clothes and wait until the time came for the Big Hunt to begin... So while waiting I went to the living room to see my hyungs talking about our plan in the Snow Storm forest, I sat down beside Hoseok hyung, while listening to Namjoon hyung about the plan.

"Alright, we just blend in the woods and find some prey, hunt them down then return to the pack with our food!!" Namjoon hyung said and we all nodded in agreement, until a loud sound caused by the packs' horn meant it was time to go hunting. We went outside to see my father standing by the pack entrance with the other hunters, we all went to our places then my father gave a small smile and.

"Today, you will be hunting food for your families and other relatives, understand?!" My dad said and we all yelled in unison a 'Yes Alpha!!' and after that the horn blew again and we all started shifting to our wolf forms, and we all started running to our assigned hunting grounds.

"Remember the plan" it wasn't Namjoon's voice anymore but his wolf, Scout, said in the our link

"Yeah, yeah, we all know the plan Scout, we were listening! Maybe you weren't the one listening" Yoongi hyung's wolf, Thorin, said jokingly to Scout through the link

"Oh, you wanna go Thorin?!" Scout growled angrily at Thorin

"Guys! Let's not argue please!" Hoseok hyung's wolf, Echo, begged Scout and Thorin

"Don't get involved with this Echo!" Scout growled again

"If you guys won't shut up, I will rip your throats out!" Wolfgang finally stepped in, while I heard Scout and Scout whimper in fear as I only smirked

After running we finally arrived at Snow Storm Forest, Echo ran quickly into the forest without a word.

"Echo! Where are you going?! Get back here right now!" Thorin yelled through the link, but Echo didn't listen

We all looked at each other then nodded to have a new plan, get Echo first then the food, so we all ran into the forest and followed his scent. After following the scent we found Echo and got angry cause he's in pain surrounded by a pack of rogue wolves.

We got angry and started growling at the rogues and some were dead maybe because of Echo, so we fought the rogues and ended up injured and winning, or that's what we thought, one of the rogues howled and more rogues came and started biting and scratching us, no wonder no wolf returned from this place they were killed by rogues!

My friends were unconscious, my legs were, I closed my eyes ready to be killed, until I heard a low howl, which sent shivers down my spine, and before I knew I heard growling again, but before that I fainted not even getting a look at our savior... but whoever he was, he's not alone.
