Taeyeon's POV
Busy? It's my middle name. Everyone in this country knows who I am and how busy I am. If you want to meet me, you can't find me at my luxury apartment or my mansion. Yes, I have 2 place for me to stay. But, I prefer to stay at my apartment. Why? Because there's only me. No maids, no mom, no dad, no her, no everyone. It's only me, myself. I've grown up as an independent woman. The easiest way to find me, just go to my office. I spent most of my time there. I'm such a workaholic. Like right now. I'm busy with some documents of agreement with our new clients. I'm Kim Taeyeon, a CEO of Kim Enterprise. My dad let me working in this company since I was in college. That means, it's almost 5 years I'm working here. I become a CEO after graduating from college a year ago. Before that, I only help my dad with his documents. My dad and mom are taking care of our other companies now after I'm taking care of this company. Yeah, I'm rich as f*ck! What are my jobs here? I'm not only signing some documents and sits comfortably inside my office like what you imagine. I do many things. Meeting, negotiating, supervising, and many more. I know I'm a boss here. I have my employees that can handle all of that for me. But, I'm not that kind of person. I know my responsibility as a worker too. I want my company to survive until the end. I don't want to disappoint my parents. That's why I won't let a little mistake slipped from my eyes. *Knock knock* I heard someone knocked behind the door of my office room. "Come in!" I said a bit loud so someone out there can hear me. I'm still focus on my documents. "Excuse me, Miss. Kim" I heard my secretary talk to me. Her polite voice is never changed at all even we've know each other for so long. I stopped what I was doing and look at her. I smile at her warmly. "What is it, Hyunie?" I said softly but it makes me got a deadly glare from her. Scary! "We are at the office, unnie! Can you be more serious for once?" She said sternly. I chuckle after hearing her answer. She is really really strict about our position in this company. "Arraseo.. Arraseo.." I said quickly before she scolded me even more. "Tsk! You're no fun! Why can't I be nice to my dongsaeng? This is what I hate about being a CEO!" I mumbled to myself, wish she didn't hear it. But, unfortunately.... "I heard you, unnie!" She said coldly. Tsk! I'm older than her but she is scarier! Why is it always be me who being scolded? I changed my sitting position to be more like a boss before looking at her seriously. "So, what is it, Miss. Seo?" I said sternly and emphasized her surname. She glared at me. Hahahahahaha. I really love to tease this grown up woman. Her expression is the best! I remember how innocent she was back then. Okay, she is still innocent until know. That's why I will protect her from those bad people until the end of my life. Seo Juhyun - or prefer to be called Seohyun is my little dongsaeng. We're not blood relatives. She has her own family. But, since her parents passed away on the wildfire incident when she was 5 years old, my parents decided to adopt her as their daughter. We didn't change her surname like ours because we don't want to erase all memories about her life before became the daughter of this family. Seohyun's parents are my parents' best friends. Since that time, she becomes my little dongsaeng. I'm two years older than her but she is more mature than me. At least it was what my parents always said. Do you know why I accept this position when all I love to do is singing and doing some art works? It's because of her. She said that she will be my secretary if I agree to be the CEO. Or else, she doesn't want to work under my parents' companies at all. It's such a waste for us if let her to work for our competitors. Seohyun is so smart and talented. Besides, I don't want her to be treated bad out there by those scary seniors and boss. That's why I agree to take this position. It's not easy, of course. But Seohyun helps me so much from the first place. "Remember about a new intern that I was talking about last week?" She asked and I nodded. "She will be here this afternoon after lunch time and you don't have any appointments for today. So, you can meet her in person to check by yourself how good she is, Miss. Kim." She continued and explained everything about this new intern. I listened carefully so, I don't miss any information about this foreigner. Yeah, my new intern is a foreigner. And I'm fine with that. My English is not that bad, you know. "Alright! Thank you, Miss. Seo. You can leave now." I said sternly before pretending to continue my work. I did it in purpose. I want to tease my little dongsaeng. "Yakk!" Suddenly I heard her yelling at me. Gotcha! It's time to have a little fun. "What is that, Miss. Seo? Were you just yelling at me a minute ago?" I stopped what I was doing, placed my pen on my desk before looking at her seriously. "Tsk! What a cold-hearted boss!" She mumbled but I still can hear it. She is so cute with that pout on her lips. I move my chair backwards before stand up and walk closer to her position. My expression is still as serious as ever while walking towards her. I stopped in front of her before crossing my arms on my chest. She hung her head low, looking at the floor. Maybe, scared? "What did you say, Miss. Seo?" I said sternly and tilted my head a little to look at her face. She is still pouting. "I.. I.. I'm s-sorry, Miss. Kim." She said nervously. I chuckle in my mind to her cute expression. I can't hold it anymore. I laugh so hard in front of my dongsaeng before ruffling her hair. "Hahahahahaha.. You're so cute, Hyunie!" I said in between my laughter. She lift up her head and look at me who still laughing. "You're so mean, unnie!" She said and pouted again. I stopped my laughter and look at her lovingly. Ahhh~ she is not a kid anymore but she is still cute as ever. "You're the one who asked unnie to be more serious, right?" I said and she pouted even more. "Stop that pouted or unnie will kiss you!" I said and smirk. She look at me in surprised. Her eyes got wider. It's cute! "Yaakk! Don't you dare to kiss me, unnie! We're not a kid anymore to do such a thing!" She said and I chuckle again. I really love to tease her, I think. "Wae? You're my little dongsaeng after all. Is it so wrong to kiss my beloved little sister?" I said innocently. Of course I won't kiss her anymore like what we ever did when we were little. I'm not that crazy. We are grown up women now. "What? Are you crazy, unnie? No one in this company know that we are sisters! Not even the world!" She said a bit loud. Luckily, my room has a soundproof. The sounds in that stage won't come outside. "So, you don't like if unnie kisses you, huh?" I said in shock. Pretend to be surprised, to be exact. I love teasing her, remember? "It's not that, unnie. You know how much I love you, right? I know unnie always kisses me since we were little because you love me too. I feel loved through your kisses. Thanks for that. But, the case is we are not a kid anymore. It will be weird for people's perspective if seeing two grown up women are kissing each other. No offense to your sexual orientation, unnie. It's just......complicated." She explained quickly. I'm only standing there listening to her every single word. She is really growing up nicely. I can't believe she is not my little Hyunie anymore. She is a grown up Seohyun now. I'm so proud to be her unnie. She is the best gift that ever happened to my life. I thought I would be lonely until the end of my life since I was the only child of this family and my parents are busy with works. But, suddenly Seohyun came to my life as my little dongsaeng. Since that time, I never feel lonely anymore and I'm so thankful for that. She is such a blessing. "Unnie? Are you mad?" She asked softly since I'm not give any responses to her long speech before. I wake up from my deep thought and smile warmly to her. "No. Unnie is not mad at you, Hyunie. You know I can't. I just can't believe that you're already growing up, very well. You're not my crybaby little dongsaeng anymore. You-" I can't finish my words because got slapped from her on my left arm. I chuckle for that. "I'm serious, Hyunie. I remember how much I felt lonely when I was a little. Of course before you came into my life. I would always be all alone because mom and dad were busy with their works. I only had my maids to talk to or to play with. It wasn't fun at all. I really wanted to play with other kids in my age outside, but mom and dad never let me to go from the house without them. That's why I did home schooling. I didn't have any friends back then because of that. Before suddenly, you came into our family and I never felt lonely anymore. Thank you for being my dongsaeng until this time. You know how thankful I am. And unnie will always love you and protect you until the end of my life. That's my promise that I made since the first time you stepped in inside our house." I said softly and I can feel my eyes become teary. I can see the same thing on Seohyun's face. She was touched by my speech, I think. She came closer to me before hug me tightly. I return the hug as tight as what she did. "Thank you, unnie. Thank you for always be there for me in my hard time. This family is the best thing that ever happened in my life. When I lost my parents and everything, this family came and saved me. I almost gave up on my life, but unnie always saved me. You are the reason why I can continue my life until became a grown up Seohyun like right now. I love you so much, unnie. Always remember that. I will always be your little dongsaeng no matter how old we are. Being your little dongsaeng is the best thing ever!" She said before tighten the hug. I caressed her hair lovingly. I really love her. Of course as my dongsaeng. No more and no less. "Unnie loves you too, Hyunie. Don't forget to tell me whatever that bothering you, okay?" I asked and got a nod from her. We stay still like that for few minutes before end the hug. We smile to each other. "So, can I go back to my desk, Miss. Kim?" She said teasingly. I shake my head a little. "Tsk! You and your secretary role. Go!" I said with a smile on my face while walking back to my chair. "Don't forget to eat your lunch, okay Miss. Seo?" I said before she open the door. "Okay! You too, Miss. Kim!" She replied before gone behind the door. I think we need a little holiday. I want to spend my time with my little dongsaeng again.
