ch. 03: preparing for the date

a/n: hello, if you're here it means you ship this like i do! i really like this ship but its so rare that i can barely find anything of it, so like now im writing this

Corrin's POV

I run back to my room after I ate some food in the cafeteria 'time to get ready! for a date! with lucina!'  I thought before stopping in front of my door and opening it. "KAMUI! HELP ME WITH CLOTHES" I yelled, I closed the door behind me. "Since when did you need new clothes?" Kamui asked, getting off the bed. "O-oh! That! I- uh" I felt my face heat up at the thought of the date. "I-Its nothing!" I said, but as soon as I said that, Kamui hit my head. "It's obviously not nothing dummy!" Kamui went into my closet and checked for clothes. "Are you gonna go on a date with your girlfriend?" He asked. "W-what? What girlfriend" I say nervously. "Duh, Lucina!" He said poking his head out, glaring at me. "First of all, She isn't my girlfriend!" I say getting my brush and start brushing my hair.

I heard Kamui laugh a little "Yeah, right". "Second, We're just going out to eat!" I continue to brush my hair. "Is it just the both of you?" He asks. I pause "Uh... Yeah" I continue brushing my hair. "Well, then it's a date!" He says happily, I finish brushing my hair and walk over to him. "Find anything yet?" Kamui pulls out a Yellow sweater with a sunflower on it, and a skirt to go with it. "Is this fine?" He asks. "Yeah, its great!" I reply, Kamui then shoves it to me. "Go change, I'm gonna look for some shoes." He commands. "Pfft, shoes" I say, walking to the bathroom

a/n: corrin is wearing a shirt under the sweater so dont expect anything when they make out in the next chapter

I finish changing and walk out the bathroom. Kamui hands me some socks and shoes "Here, I know we never wear shoes but this could be the only time so go and wear these" He says. I wear the socks and shoes, "How does it feel?" He asks. "It's actually kinda nice!" Damn, Who knew shoes are actually nice... I wonder how Lucina is doing...

Lucina's POV

"Mother, Father... It's not that big of a deal! You don't need to make me wear anything too fancy!" I say as Robin brushes my hair. "Why of course it is dear, you're going on a date with your crush!" I hear Chrom say. "He's not wrong" Robin says from behind me. "Here, wear this" Robina says, handing me a Pink/Peach shirt with flower designs and a skirt that ends almost above my knees. "Ok!" I say changing into the clothes, Chrom made sure Robin wasn't looking and hit him every time he tried to "Ow! I didn't even do anything" I hear him say. I laugh a little and finish putting my clothes on. Robina fixes my hair a little and kisses me on the cheek "You look wonderful!" She says hugging me tight, Chrom joining in. I put my crown on and head to the door. "I'll go get Corrin now!" I say excitedly, "Don't do anything that involves taking off eachothers clothes!~" Robin says with a smirk on his face. I walk out and head to Corrin's room. "Tonights gonna be great!" I say with a smile on my face
