Peter was adopted 2 years ago after his aunt may contracted MRSA and passed away. Ned has a real internship at stark tower (thanks to Peter who introduced him to Bruce ) . Ned and MJ know about Peter being Spiderman. Lanyards are given to guest and tour groups, interns and imployes are given badges

Peters POV

Urgh i groaned attempting to sit up, my alarm had been going off for a while but my whole body was throbbing and the room was spinning

"FRIDAY can you ask Tony to come up here please" I mumbled

"Of course, sir is coming up" the thick Irish accent replied

"Thanks FRI"

I lay back down nausea taking over almost falling asleep again when a voice intrupted

"Hey kiddo what's up"

I sat up slightly so I could look my father figure in the face

"I don't feel so good " I mumbled (sorry)

"Whats wrong"

"Well yesterday on patrol I may have sorta gotten ...stabbedalittlebit and I hitmyheadsoImighthaveaconcussion"the whole thing came out rushed because I knew how angry Tony would be that I didn't tell him last night

Tony's pov

"What?"

Peter had spoken so fast I had no idea what he had just said

He cleared his throat and looked down

"I don't feel good because I accidentally got stabbed on patrol and I hit my head and I'm dizzy so I might have concussion" he finished

"Peter?"

"Yes" he replied

He sounded as though he was ready to be shouted at

"Look at me Pete"

Peter looked up unshead tears pooling in his eyes

"Hey come here "I said opening my arms as I pull him into a gentle hug my heart breaking at the sight of him like this

Peter's pov

Stupid tears were threatening to spill over as I hugged tony back ,the thing is I didn't even have a good reason to be crying

I just felt ashamed because I had been stupid enough to get injured, and afraid that Tony would be mad and take my suit away again

"I'm not mad at you Peter " Tony whispered into the curls on the top of my head

"A little disappointed that you didn't ask for help? yes. mad? never."

I let out a breath I hadn't realised I had been holding and wiped away the tears that had fallen

"But" Tony suddenly said

I swallowed a lump in my throat

"I will be calling the school and letting them no you won't be coming in today"

" But couldn't - " "no buts Peter, butts are for sitting on"

I rolled my eyes as Tony stood up

"get some rest while Bruce is out , I'll wake you up when he gets back so he can check over your injuries"

"Ok dad" I yawned already half asleep as I snuggled back under my blankets

Tony's pov

Oh my god he called me dad !

Ned's pov

I'm sitting on a bus with my bioengineering class on a suprise field trip to stark tower, everyone's really excited except me...well I mean I am excited, but after visiting the tower so many times because of my internship ( and Peter obviously) and spending so much time with the avengers you kind of get used to it

"Such a pity penis Parker couldn't make it isn't it fatso, now he won't be here to keep up his internship lie will he " sneered the familiar voice of Flash Tompson

I ignored him and tried texting Peter about the trip again but it seemed his phone was still off.

Flash kept on tormenting me until MJ shut him up by loudly muttering about how she wished she spoke idiot so she could tell him to shut up

God I hope Peter reads my messages
