Monday morning the weekend after prom it came over the loudspeaker, even though we had already been informed of Matthew's death, Principal Farmington announced.......
"Good morning students as I know it has been all over the news. I just want to say a quick remembrance to our beloved Matthew Jarrod Garrison. He passed away Saturday night from a drunk texting and driving car accident on his way home from senior prom.Something I do also regret to have to inform the senior class about is we did have one date rape, happen at prom as well. I am not naming names however next time ladies please keep your drink with you. It only takes an instant for anyone's lives to change forever.Enjoy your next few days of school and I will see you all at graduation next Sunday at eleven am, congratulations class of twenty nineteen you made it."
