"He wanted me to tell Elle to call him because he has a surprise for her" I said lying my ass off
"Okay then" he said "go get you and Honei ready we going out"
"Okay give me 15" I said about to walk upstairs

When me and Elle walked down he got off the couch. She was so happy to see Jae. She ran straight to his arms.
"Hey Honei Noell" he said picking her up
"Wassup big dog" she said laughing at her nickname
"So where are we going" I asked
"It's a surprise so go and get in the truck I already put her seat in there" he said
"Okay okay" I said
We got in the truck and headed on our way. The ride was silent until he broke it because he know I hate quite rides.
"So you missed me" he said
"Of course I did why wouldn't I miss my baby" I said admiring his features
"Just asking baby" he said with a smirk
"So how is school and football" I said
"Umm its good" he said awkwardly
"Okay then I guess" turn back in my seat to face forward
For the rest of the ride I just sat and thought. Plus it was super silent. I was so excited when we pulled up to the carnival I haven't been since Elle turned 3. We all got out and headed to get tickets.
"So Honei What you want to do first" Jae asked
"Ummm can I got to the jumpy" she said
"Yes baby you can" I said "give me your shoes"
She ran off to the jumper while me and Jae sat on the bench watching her.
