Mani's POV
I am now 6 months pregnant and very happy. Dave has finally moved in and him and Noell have gotten even closer. Me and Dave have been super happy together. Me and Jozea are just about ready to open our second store. When Dave and Elle were gone I got a lot done. Me and Zea are adding a shoe line and lip care line to our brand. They will all debut when we open the new store next week.
"Hey bitch" Zea said walking into the house
"Heyy hoe" I said laughing at us
"So how you doing fat mama" he said
"I'm fine just ready to have my son" I said rubbing my belly
"So where Dave and Elle" he said
"They should be back any minute he took her to the store" I said laughing
"Girl you ready for this opening cuz I am this is gone be great" Zea said
"Wassup y'all" Dave said walking into the kitchen
"Hey baby" I said kissing him
"Awwe must be nice hell" Zea said
"What happen to you and your man" Dave said
"He went up to New York this week he had meetings back to back" he said
"Hey family" Johnathan said
"My bestie back in town" I said getting up to hug him
"My baby is soo big and still fine" he said hugging me
"So I have good news for everyone" he said
"What's the news" Dave said
"So I have a client that's a well known person who loves KrystalRed and they want you both to style her next music video" he said happily
"Well who is the person" Zea said
"Rihanna" John said
"You lying, Rihanna wants us to style her next music video" I said
"Yes girl, but the shoot is in New York and yes I told her you was pregnant. She said you ant make it she understands." He said
"Oh I'm coming if that's the last thing I do before I give birth but I'm going" I said laughing
"So when do we have to be there" Zea said
"The shoot starts Thursday" he said
"We can leave Wednesday after my doctors appointment" I said
"Ight bet" Zea said
"Mama Mama" said Elle
"Yes babygirl" i said looking at her
"Look at what daddy got me" she said holding up 3 new dolls. I looked at Dave knowing I told him to stop spoiling her.
"She gave me the puppy wyd I had too" he said smiling innocently.
"Y'all both just can't be with each other" I said laughing
Wednesday
6:30am
This morning has been crazy already. Dave and Elle are staying here in North Carolina. While me, Zea, & John go to NYC. I am super happy to be working with somebody like Rihanna. We all got in the truck to head to my doctor appointment that was at 7. We waited in the waiting room until my name was called. Then we all walked to the back. Jae was 5minutes late to the appointment which made me upset but I just left him alone.
"So your baby boy is growing and healthy" the doctor said
"Your exact due date will be Jan.3"
"After you hit 7 months no more traveling" the doc said "and I mean it I know you hate bed rest so you have to slow down now"
"Yes ma'am" I said
After the appointment we all left and headed to the jet.
"Be sage and if anything happens call Bully" Dave said
"Yea yeah" I said
"I'm fr René stop fucking playing with me." Dave said seriously
"Okay Brewster" I said laughing
We boarded the jet and it only took bout a hour and half for us to make it to New York. We all headed to my apartment that I had here. We all unpacked and took a nap. I made sure to call Dave when I got settled in. After the much needed nap we set out ideas for the shoot. We were dressing Rihanna whole cast for her video. We set out three different styles that she may like and then tomorrow she will pick which ones she like the best.
"Hey mama" I said answering my moms call
"Hey baby how you doing" she said
"I'm fine me and this little boy" I said rubbing my belly
"Oh well that's great to hear well I just wanted to check on y'all and I have to tell you some" she said
"Well what is it mama" I said
"Well you know it's been almost five years since Isaiah has been in jail" she said
"Yeah I was kinda dreading that part of this situation" I said
"Well his parents reached out to me and said that he wanted to see Elle and you but I said I'll have to talk to you first about and no I didn't tell them you were pregnant" she said a little fast
"Well mama I didn't know if I want him to see Elle but I wouldn't mind seeing him after I drop this child cuz Lord knows I have unfinished business with him" I said
"I understand baby" she said
"So do you know when he officially get out" I said
"He is supposed to get out around April" she said
"Okay well tell dad I need a meeting with him and y'all know what that means" I said
"Okay baby so where is my grand baby" my mama said
"She's back home with Dave me and Zea are in NYC styling Rihanna for a music video" I said
"Wow congratulations I'm so super proud of y'all it's crazy how all my kids are successful I'm so proud o you all keep being the bosses you all are love you call me when you get home sweetie" she said
"Okay mama love you too" I said before we hung up
This is the big break me and Zea have been waiting for I'm super exited new things are coming our way. Then the new year will bring more rain into my life let's just see if I can handle it all. My child's father will be getting out of jail and wants to meet me and her we'll just have to see about that. I pray my family don't lose their minds over this.
