I personally find that Alice is a little too nice, kind and considerate (not that Rikka isn't all those things) to have someone like Ira, who is a tsundere and he's the bad guy of the anime. I just don't think that Ira is Alice's type. It's kinda hard to explain but you know what I mean?
Besides, Alice has Jaden!
And, let's just say that the Rira episode wasn't existent. How would the episode go for Alice? Would she protect him in some way or...? Also, how would Rikka get her magical boost of power?
In all seriousness, I just don't think that those two would make a good couple, this is just my thinking, and I'm not trying to be against the idea (even tho I am) but I... no.. okay, I'm sorry. This is just my thinking and reasoning.
Rira shippers, you know what I mean right?
And besides! What would their ship name even be!??
Irice... alira (actually "Alira" isn't that bad, BUT STILL! NO!).. what.. okay okay no.
