Chapter 2: Constipated Puppy

Crystal's P.O.V.

After Math it was recess and I motioned Tyrone to follow me.

He looked at me with a weird eye than nodded like he understood.

He headed for the bathroom.

"You need to go pee or something?" I asked.

"No, I thought--" he began.

"What did you think I was referring to?" I raised my brow. (A/N: heh heh)

"Uhm.... Nothing....." He blushed.

"and in the men's bathroom? that's-- that's unsanitary, well come to think of it that's not sanitary either...... Anyway, follow me." I jumped out of the window, on to a tree and on the roof.

"Come on!" I called.

"I can't do that!" He stiffened.

"What?! Of course you can!" I insisted. "You're a werewolf for goodness sake!"

"I am?!" He asked, dumbfounded.

"You didn't know?" I gasped. "Well, just try it!"

"Okay." He rolled his eye. "Don't say I didn't tell you so."

He sounded like he was constipated as he 'tried' to jump.

"Stop being a constipated puppy!" I said, impatiently.

"Okay okay." He finally gave up and he jumped.

"Well there you go pup!" I smiled as he settled on to the roof.

"Sit here." I patted the space near the tip of the roof.

"So.... My head is exploding with questions right now." He announced. "But, I'd first like to know, what... Why did that trash can burn my hand?"

"Well, I'll answer your question with more questions." I replied. "Have you noticed how, no matter how much people throw any trash in those trash cans they are always empty?"

"I guess so." He hesitated.

"Well it's a.... How do I say this.... A portal to hell, that non biodegradable trash can." I explained. "I'm not even speaking figuratively, it's...... seriously.... What you felt was the fires of hell and the biodegradable trash can is a portal to heaven, you know angels are good at decomposition, true fact."

"Okay.... What are you?" He continued.

"The Daughter of Life and Death.... Well one of the." I smiled.

His mouth was left hanging.

"Okay, next question." I broke the silence.

"I'm hungry do you have some food?" He unfroze.

"No, let's go to the cafeteria." I answered.

I hopped off the roof and dusted my shorts.

"Hop off." I called.

"Okay." He said, confidently, and he hopped off without another word.

"Bye." I waved.

"Wait!" He ran after me.

Ashley caught up with him.

"I knew she would be waiting." I smiled internally, and I ran to my usual table, with my fellow gifteds.
