When Jesse woke up the next morning, she expected Petra to be up already and making breakfast or something. But, instead, nothing. She looked in the spot where she was sleeping. Nothing. But then, she saw a note folded on her sleeping bag,
"Hey, Olivia!" Jesse whispered,
"what is it, and have you seen Petra," Olivia responded
"No," Jesse said, "but I think this might give us a clue." Jesse responded pointing at the note. She picked it up and they both read it:
Hey Jesse,
I've wanted to talk to you about something for a while. I know that this trip was like a girls week or something, i don't really know, but anyways, I need sometime to myself. Somewhere non of us have been and away from the people I know. It's safer that way. So please, say bye to everyone for me. AND DON'T FORGET LUKAS. (A/N: Just fyi, that was just a summary of what Petra wrote I didn't feel like writing all of of it, there was a lot 2 it. Ok now back 2 the story.) They both looked at each other and both ran out of the tent. "You go that way and I'll go this way." Jesse instructed.
"Got it."
"And just go in a straight line, she couldn't have gone that far, we'll keep in touch with these." Jesse said fast and giving Olivia a walkie.
"Kay."
And they walked in their separate ways, literally,
"Hey Olivia. I found something."
