Imagine the gallery beneath the moonlight.
His knees trembled as he approached the painting, knowing that one glimpse would be his undoing.
Yet more appalled.
By the enormity of one last glimpse.
He gazed more instantly compelling than ever.
He saw her, he caught sight of her.
Her light fell on him.
Unable to take his eyes from her,
He could see moonlight rippling on the water all around her.
Her smile had never been more entrancing.
Ascending to the very peak of passion.
Her embrace drew him down into the waiting dark.
