''What are you here?'' Prince Shen asked bitterly.

''What's with the attitude? Am I not supposed to be up here?" I reponded.

''I thought you be with your intoxicated husband.''

''What do you mean?'' I questioned.

''Oh, you haven't heard. Your husband got so drunk during the feast that he vomitted all over the banquet table,'' he said. As I heard his words I couldn't help but snort with laughter.

''You laugh?'' he questioned.

''Haven't you noticed I wasn't at the feast?" I asked.

''I did notice, Yin said you weren't feeling well and that you wanted to recuperate at the manor.''

''I have to admit that was a clever lie,'' I said as I watched his expression. A small smile appeared on his face as he seemed to relax.

''Why weren't you really at the banquet?'' he asked curiously.

''Who did see at the wedding feast with the prince?" I asked, answering his question with my own. I observed his face before the realization finally clicked.

''I understand, he's always been like that since I could remember. Catering to her every whims, as though she were the husband.''

''I don't wish to get in their way, the less enemies I make the better,'' I responded.

''Clearly you don't know Bayan,'' he said clearly. I turned my face towards until our eyes met.

''Is she some sort of a threat?''

''Not a threat, a nuisance but I wouldn't worry too much about that if I were you. He'll tire of her within a month.''

''Do you know what he told me after our wedding ceremony?'' I asked seriously. I carefully examined his expression before I continued,'' He told me that she was his one true wife.''

''Ha! He's just besotted, in my experience no man can ever just be with one woman, it's too boring,'' he said arrogantly.

I wanted to smack him right there and I had made the decision to do just that. I walked up closely to him, my breathing was getting heavier and my heart was racing as I closed the distance between us. I could feel the heat coming from his body.

He appeared to be uncertain as his eyes moved to roam my body. I carefully stood face to face with him. He stared intensly at me, I couldn't help but be captivated but his blue orbs. I raised my hand and glided it it across his shoulders to the back of his head. I knew my touch made him anxious, but before he could utter a word I quickly striked the back of his head.

''Oww!''

''You deserved it,'' I said as I step back, widening the distance between us. ''How dare you say something so conceited?''

''For that you hit me!'' he yelled.

''Yes, not all men are like you and your brother. Some men can actually just be with one woman,'' I say proudly.

''If there were such a man like that, he would be the world's biggest idiot,'' he said before I tried to hit him again. However this time he was wary of my attack. He immediately grabbed my hands and pinned me against the walls of the balcony, his face only a few inches from mine.

''You dare to strike me again!''

''I dare to do anything!'' I yelled as I pushed him off me. ''How can you say that a man can't be satisfied with one woman. Let me tell you something, my father was one those men. He waited for my mother for years before he could finally be with her and when he finally got her, he never took any concubines. He is the true example of a man,'' I said valiantly.
