Lived a Life

My eyes,
I've seen many things,
But why?
All of these sailings,
As you walk away,
I can't seem to find my way.

My mind,
Needs an answer,
Are you a blunder?
After all we've been through,
You left me bare,
Without any trace,
For me to ponder.

My heart,
Telling me to beg,
For your presence,
After the cut that you made,
Getting deeper,
When I'm trying to forget.

My body,
It's getting hefty,
After all these mournings,
As I've been cornering myself,
Wishing you were here,
Not with someone else.

I'm numbing,
I can't see clearly,
I don't feel alive,
Why would you think,
I could survive?
This fervor for you,
Left me grieving,
As I'm waiting for a hand,
To raise me again.
