To wrap myself in a book

My soul between the pages

This universe my own secret nook

I could stay like this for ages

To fold myself into a book

When the clock strikes thirteen and the nights are dark and stormy

Meanwhile, I am caught with just one look

A thousand pages stretch before me

To drape myself in a book

I stroll through paragraphs and chapters

The ancient scent and unfolding tale is all it took

For these stories to become my captors

Oh, to wrap myself in a book
