we've all had loose teeth. small, obnoxious, and probably on the verge of being rotten because god (or whatever other higher being) knows the child it belonged to couldn't take care of themself.
we grow; child to childlike mind to uh oh i'm old. we learn to brush our teeth in the shower because if we don't dedicate one specific period of the day to cleanse all the filth, self care will be forgotten (or maybe it was never learned?) and the grime will soak into the skin and fester underneath.
