pouch (1.lb 1.5oz) Betty Crocker sugar cookies mix
1/2 cup butter or margarine, Softened
1/4 10 1/2 teaspoon mint extract
6 to 8 drops of green food color
1 egg
1 cup creme de menthe baking chips

Heat oven to 350. In a Large bowl stir it in the cookie mix butter mix mint extract & food coloring in egg mix until the dough get solf then stir in the creme de me the backing chip
Use a small cookies scoop or tablespoon drop those 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet Back to 8 to 10 minutes
