Tony Stark has a Son!!

Tony POV
Today was the day that the rogue avengers were coming back. Tony Stark was nervously pacing around his lab as he hasn't had any contact with them since civil war. He made sure to meet them on a day when Peter was at his aunt may's house and not with Tony himself.

“Boss, the rogue avengers have arrived” F.R.I.D.A.Y.S voice boomed through the invisible speakers through the roof.

Tony exists his lab and headed towards the kitchen which is connected to the living room where the rogues were. They had finally decided to sign the sokovia accords but needed tony's signature to do so. Waiting in the living room was Tony and he turned around as the elevator dinged and out stepped steve, bucky, sam, wanda and clint.

Peter POV
Today was a horrible day. Ned wasn't at school and MJ was on vacation. To top it all off, Flash was in an angry mood because he failed his math exam, so he decided to take his anger out on Peter.

Once alone in an alleyway flash shoved Peter against the brickwall and started to punch his face repeatedly until his nose started to bleed. Flash would torment Peter saying things like
“Your worthless”
“Your pathetic”
“No one loves you”
“Your parents died to get away from you”
“Your uncle was happy when he got shot”

Peter, being spiderman could fight back easily but he wouldn't, because he didn't want to hurt flash. Even though the words hurt him more than he realised. Peter slid down the wall until he was lying on his side and flash started to kick him until he coughed up blood, making his throat feel like fire.

Flash stepped back and let his two goons finish the rest. They kicked him, punched him and one of them picked peter up and threw him against the wall hearing some bones crack, probably his ribs, Peter thought. Ashe fell to the floor the three bullies exited the the alleyway laughing.

The watch that was given to him by his mentor, mister Stark started beeping meaning Peter was in distress and would alert mister Stark.

Tony POV
“Tony” Steve greeted with a serious face.

“Steve, let's get started” Tony replied.

“Boss, Peter seems to be in distress, he has broken 2 ribs, a broken nose, a fractured arm and a dislocated shoulder, he is currently unconscious.” F.R.I.D.A.Y.S voice interrupted Tony greeting the rest of the rogues.

“Where is he” Tony asked concerned as he got up and called his iron man suit.

“Stark, where are you going we’re not finished” Clint said annoyed and confused. Tony, now in his iron man suit flew out of the window, ignoring the protest shouts from the rogue avengers.

“Where is Pete” Tony asked.

“He is in an alleyway on the corner of corfield street” F.R.I.D.A.Y responded a bit of sadness within the robotic voice.

Once Tony saw the state that Peter was in his heart dropped. Peter was lying on the pavement in the corner all beaten up. Tony did not waste anytime getting to Peters side.

“Oh god, Peter are you okay, what happened to you” Tony asked in a concerned and worried voice

“Mister Stark, I’m sorry” Peter started to close his eyes.

“Please underoos, stay with me, I need you Peter” Tony said as a tear escaped his eye. He picked up Peter bridal style and flew him to the Stark tower in less than 3 minutes.

No ones POV
Tony, carrying Peter in his arms, crashed through the clear, balcony door, shattered glass going everywhere.

He flew Peter straight to the med bay with all the rogue avengers followed behind him curious and annoyed that Tony Stark puts others things first before signing the sokovia accords.

“F.R.I.D.A.Y. get Dr. Helen Cho in the med bay now” Tony stepped out of his suit, walked into the med bay, closed the door, leaving the rogue avengers standing outside and gently laid on the med bay bed.

“Friday, let us in” Steve asked.

“Sorry but boss wants privacy” F.R.I.D.A.Y responded.

Inside the med bay, Tony was by Peters side while Dr. Cho treated his injuries. Tony tried to drown out the shouts from the rogue avengers.

The last thing he heard was F.R.I.D.A.YS voice before he fell asleep next to Peter, holding his hand.

Steve POV
“F.R.I.D.A.Y let us in” Steve asked.

“Sorry but boss wants privacy” F.R.I.D.A.Y responded.

“That’s it, I’ve had enough of him being like this” Sam said annoyed. “Me too, wanda can you use your magic to unlock the door” Clint asked.

“Yes, but F.R.I.D.A.Y said that Stark wanted privacy” Wanda replied.

“Just do it and hurry up about it” Bucky said impatiently.

“Ok, ok” Wanda used her magic to unlock the door and they all rushed in to see Tony asleep next to a teenage boy.

“Who is that” Bucky asked curiously.

“I have no idea” Steve responded.

“Tony who the hell is that” Sam said loud enough to wake Tony up. “Sshh, how did you get in here” Tony asked annoyed in a hushed whisper.

“Mister Stark whats wrong” Peter slowly woke up wincing in pain.

Peter POV
“Mister Stark” Peter woke up, his ribs aching and his throat felt like it was on fire.

“What happened, where am I”

“It’s okay Peter, your in the med bay, your safe” Tony replied.

“Tony who the hell is he” Steve asked annoyed. Peter winced at the loudness of his voice.

Tony noticed “quiet your voice down Steve”

“Why should he” Sam asked even louder to piss Tony off. “Shut up” Tony yelled, making the rogue avengers jump at the sudden loudness in his voice.

“Too loud” Peter said in a whisper. “It’s ok Peter” Tony said in a comforting voice as he sat back down next to peter. It shocked all the rogue avengers, even Peter, that the billionaire was being so nice to a child.

Peter suddenly started to feel sleepy “Goodnight dad” Tony’s face suddenly lit up. The room was so quiet you could hear a pin drop until

“Tony Stark has a SON!” Clint yelled
