Fullmetal Alchemist Roleplay {open}

Rules

1.) NO SMUT IN THE COMMENTS!!! I want to keep this PG. If you want we can take it to PM. 
2.) If you decide to swear then please sensor it.  Example- Sh** F**k
3.) You can play a cannon Character.  But you must fill out the form before you start roleplaying.
4.) I have to except your OC/cannon Character before you start the roleplay.
5.) 'May I?' before starting the roleplay. 
6.) pick a scenario. If you PM me then say which scenario you'd like. 
7.) use proper grammer, roleplay in third person, and don't do this-

8.) I refuse to play all of the characters.  It's annoying and I hate being annoyed. 
9.) I play your crush and you play mine. 
10.) If I don't respond to you then I'm sorry.  It's probably because you didn't fallow the rules and I just got tired of it.  OR!  I'm currently doing or thinking of something to say. 
11.) It's not all about you! I'll be roleplaying too. The scenarios will be more based around Our two OCs and those who are relavent to the scenario. 

I will probably add more rules as I go.
