1. We saw dolphins on our pontoon boat tour today.

2. I did not get too sunburnt.
3. I had a nice long swim this evening in the pool in Aunt Suzie's condo complex.

1. Exercise more
2. Continue with Weight Watchers
3. Try to get out more, don't just sit around the house.
4. Focus more on the positive instead of dwelling on the negative.
5. Don't overload myself with projects
6. Drink more water and eat more vegetables
7. Take more walks outside
8. Continue with my mental health journal
9. Look for a therapist
10. Try new things
