Sophie pov
'You did an amazing job by telling Charlie off' Natasha says. George nods. 'Im just sick of it that he's in my mind all day because im scared' I say. George takes my hand under the table. 'We have a party tonight' Tony says. 'Where?' George asks. 'At the football club Eleanors birthday remember' he laughs. 'Oh thats fun'I say. 'We leave in an hour' Natasha says. Me and George look at each other and jump up. 'Im going first' I laugh. 'Can I pick your outift?' George asks me. I nod. He takes a dress out of my suitcase. Its a light pink dress. 'Oeh yes' he says. He takes something out of his own. its a nice top with the same colour. 'Ive never seen you wear that' I say. 'I only wear it when I can match with the most beautiful girl in the world' he says. I start to blush. 'Camila Cabello' he says. My mouth drops open. 'Im kidding. I meant you ofcourse' he says. I punch him in a playful way. He looks at me. 'SHOTGUN BATHROOM' I scream and i run into the bathroom.
When I walk out I see that George is fully dressed. He has white converse on. I look trough my bag and find my white converse. 'convientent' he says. I put them on and look at george. his shirt is not fully buttoned up. 'Are the love birds ready?' Tony asks. I smile. 'Yes' George yells back.
I already see a lot of guests when we arrive. 'Dammit' I hear George whisper. 'Just ignore her you have Sophie' Natasha says. 'Whats going on?' I ask. 'My ex is here' he sighs. 'Sad for her. Im here too' I say. George laughs. He gets out of the car and holds his hand out. I take his hand and step out too. 'What a gentleman' I say. 'Anything for you my love' he says. We interwhine our fingers and walk inside. We walk up to eleanor and we all congratulate her. Everybody is staring at George and me. He pulls me onto the dancefloor. 'I cant dance' I laugh. 'Me neither' he laughs. We dance for a while when i see a girl dance against george. He looks very confused. 'Emma' I hear him sigh. I pull him closer to me. 'Oh hi I didnt see you' she says. I give her a fake laugh. 'And who are you?' I ask her. 'Emma' she says. 'Oh his ex cute. Im Sophie' I say. Her smile fades away. 'Lets go sophie' George says. 'It was nice to meet you' I say. I take George his hand and walk behind. 'Oehh cake' I say. George laughs. Eleanor gives us a piece. George sits down and taps on his lap. I sit down on his lap. We start eating our cake. 'You are allowed to sit closer to me' George laughs. I shoove myself a little more on his lap. 'But now you cant eat cake' I say. I stuff my cake in my mouth and take over his plate. 'Are you going to feed me?' he asks. I nod. 'I need to practice am I right' i laugh. 'Did you know that there is whipped cream on your nose' he says. My hand shoots to my face. 'Nah im kidding' he says. But now is' he says when he puts his finger trough the whipped cream and puts it on my nose. 'George' I laugh out. Instead of using a napkin he uses his tongue. I feel myself turning red. 'Its always so cute when you blush' he says. 'Its warm in here' I say. 'Lets go outside then' he says. He picks me up and walks with me in his arms outside. Its already quite dark. He puts me down. We still can hear the music very well. A slow song comes on. He hold out his hand. I take it and he pulls me close. I lay my hand on his shoulder and my other hand in his hand. his hand is on my hip and we move slow. I lay my head on his chest. 'Can you look at me please' he says softly. I look up. 'From the moment I say you I fell in love with you. Your beautiful eyes that always have that sparkle in them, your beautiful smile thats just contagious and your beautiful face. I love the way you treat people and how you want to protect people. When you came to the US when i wasnt doing fine I realized that I want to grow old with you. You were terrified to fly and you did it for me. Sophie will you be my girlfriend?'. I can feel the tears sting in my eyes. 'The first time I saw you George I was acting like an complete idiot. When I looked into your ocean eyes I fell in love with you. When you took me to your favourite place I knew that I wanted to be with you forever. You make me feel happy.
