Ice Age

Ch.7

                                                            Hope POV

The walk from the cave had been silent. Sid wasn't talking the only thing heard was the Baby gurgling from Sids arms we walked in a cave filled with drawings, I was walking in-between Manny and Diego. the drawings of animals were from different species and humans doing various activities decorated it. It was incredible to see all the different pictures at least to me it was the boys were gazing at them too, Sid having a drop jaw. 

"Look, look. Tigers!" Sid said he pointed to a drawing with sabertooth tigers chasing after some antelope. Sid grimaced while the baby whined slightly. "No, it's Okay, it's okay" Sid said 

"Look the tigers are just playing tag with the antelope.....with their teeth" He grimaced 

"Come on Sid," Diego said as he came up behind Sid "Let's play tag. you're it." Diego said Sid just chuckled nervously in response.

"Sure," He said moving to another was 

"Okay, Okay where are the sloths?" Sid said "You know you never see any sloths on these things," Sid said "Oh look Manny!" Sid said "A mammoth!" Sid said 

"OOh, somebody pinch me," Manny said 

"Hey, Hey this fat one looks just like you," Sid said "Oh he's got a family." Sid said I see Manny stop I've known Manny for a long time since he saved me and he told me about what happened so i know how he feels,

"And he's happy," Sid said Manny and I joined Sid and Diego "See Manny, that's your problem! that's what mammoths are supposed to do," Sid said Me and Diego noticed the sadness in Manny's eyes.

Not taking his eyes of him Diego murmured, "Sid" to hopefully stop Sid from ranting on however Sid didn't hear him

"Find a she-mmoth, have little baby mammoths..." Sid said 

"Sid," I said sternly 

"Wha?" He said 

"Shut up," Diego said 

After Manny's moment him Sid and the baby left, I stood their and looked at the drawing for a little while longer, 

"Hope you coming?" Diego said I nodded following him out
