( I got this idea from a friend , they are a freaking writing prodigy and may as well be Toko Fukawa minus all the second personality and obsessed with a boy stuff 😂😂)
Kaito and Shuichi had been climbing in some trees and Shuichi happened to have lost his footing and fell down to the ground
"SHUICHI" Shouted Kaito, "SHUICHI !" He repeated
"I'm down here -ow- Momota-kun !" Shuichi called out . Kaito quickly slided down the tree trunk with ease
"Are you ok Shuichi?" Kaito asked , genuinely concerned
"I'm fine , I think I just -ow- twisted my ankle," Saihara replied
"Ok then , I'll bring you to Mikan,"said Kaito , picking up Shuichi bridal-style and walking over to Mikan's dorm (A/N they are normal high school students in this so they are all at the same school at the same time)
Shuichi was slightly shocked at the amount of care Kaito was giving him , "you know ," he started to say, " you don't have to do this,"
Kaito was quick to reply, " heck yeah I do ! You're my best friend , and I wouldn't be such a good friend if I just left you there or something!" Saihara felt his face go red , "Momota-san-,"
"Kaito" he corrected
"Kaito , thanks,"
"No problem!" Kaito replied
Kaito knocked on Mikan's dorm ; she came and answered the door timidly , " c-can I help y-you ?" She asked shyly
"Yes ! Can you check out Shuichi's ankle ? We think he may have twisted it ."Kaito replied
"Um , s-sure,"she signaled for them to come in , Kaito placed Shuichi on Mikan's bed and Mikan confirmed that his ankle was twisted , "he can't walk on it for a week and make sure he rests it ," She tells Kaito
"Ok then!"
Kaito carried Shuichi back to his dorm and placed him on his bed, " thanks for bringing me back to my dorm Kaito !" He said ,
" No problem !" Momota answered . Kaito had felt a feeling bubbling up whenever he was around the detective , he wasn't sure what it was but whenever he saw the shorter male , he wanted to kiss him , he was sure that Saihara was bi , he told him months ago ! But would Shuichi like him ? There was only one way for him to find out !
Kaito leaned in and kissed the blue-haired male , the detective was taken aback , but he didn't pull away , which made Kaito hopeful . It didn't take long before Saihara kissed back and snaked his arms to Momota's back to pull him in more , Shuichi let out a small moan that the astronaut took advantage of , he slipped his tongue into the detective's mouth and explored it fully . After what seemed like forever , they pulled away for air , Saihara was panting , " th-that was c-cool ," he said between breaths
"I love you Shuichi , and I have for a while . Will you be my boyfriend?" Kaito asked
"Y-yes !" Replied Saihara , beaming with joy
They lay with each other and cuddled till the morning
