"Kaito , we've been walking for hours ! I'm tired !" Said Shuichi , voicing his concern for once
"But we're almost there !" Replied Kaito
"Please can we just rest Momota-kun ?" Asked Saihara politely
"You know what , let's find a tree and rest under there," Kaito said , as he was tired too
They walked for a while and found a cherry tree to sit under . They lay against the trunk of the tree and talked , talked about Kaito's dreams of space , talked about Shuichi's favourite murder mystery novel , talked about anything and everything . Kaito noticed that Saihara was shivering, "Hey , Shuichi , you look cold , d'you want my jacket ?" He asked
"Y-yeah , well if you don't m-m-mind," replied the detective , his teeth chattering
Kaito wrapped his jacket around the smaller male and he hugged him tightly, " any better ?" He asked , " a lot better , thanks Momota-kun !" Replied the blue-haired male . No longer shivering ,the detective fell asleep on Kaito's lap and started snoring peacefully . So cute , the astronaut thought to himself , as Shuichi slept , Kaito leaned back against the tree trunk and just watched the world go by , he saw a couple who go by the names Ishimaru and Owada , he saw Himiko napping under a tree nearby , presumably to restore her MP , he also saw a man and a woman , the man appeared to be coaching the woman , he wished that the moment would last forever , but all good things must come to an end , he kissed Shuichi lightly on the forehead, then went to sleep himself . As Kaito was drifting off , he could have sworn he heard Saihara say "I love you too Momota-kun,"
So wasn't that a fluff and a half , Kaito = nice boy
