Part 1: Dimensional Transference

The small group was pulled into a wormhole, or--as Kyle mentioned before--an "interdimensional tunnel." Everyone found themselves floating around Kyle and the small handheld device.

Sythe This is all your fault!
Kyle How's it my fault?
Sythe You meddled with that...thing...and now we're in...uh... Where are we, exactly?
Kyle As of now, we're going through an interdimensional tunnel towards an alternate universe.
Raine Wait, what you said was true?
Kyle That's what I hoped you all would comprehend...
Trace Then why'd you hide it here? What was the point of splitting up?
Kyle I wanted to surprise you all.
Sythe Well I'm surprised, thanks to you!
Flora Look, Nibs is flying!
Sythe What- Ack, Nibs! Get back here!
Kyle She isn't flying, Flora; she's hovering in zero gravity, like the rest of you.
Trace Why aren't you hovering?

Kyle Interdimensional tunnels can range from a yard to a parsec. However, due to the Laws and Physics of Interdimensional Transference, we are heading to the alternate universe by immobility whatsoever.
Sythe How do we move by not moving!?
Raine Guys? What's that bright light at the end?
Kyle That's the gateway into a dimension.
Raine Is it getting...bigger?
Kyle No, it moves closer.
Trace I thohght yoy said we're moving through...this...
Kyle Actually, it's the tunnel that pushes you, not you pushing through.
Trace That's...mildly interesting...
Raine It's getting closer!
Kyle Nobody panic! Interdimensional Transference is painless and relaxing; what thrills you is when you get through.

Kyle Because it's...whatever's on the other side.
Flora The dimension?
Kyle Indeed. But this is a "realm" we're actually going to.
Keith I thought you said-
Kyle We are, but only to one world. The macrocosm--or the cosmos--is made up of galaxies that contain universes that contain planets. Multigalaxies contain multiverse that contain realms, or planets of another dimension.
