Pirate misfits? Hell yea.

(Bare with me guys this is gonna be pretty wacky)

Hi! My name is Jade. My best friend/ partner in crime is Ruby. We are both what you'd call Pirates. One thing about us being pirates? It's modern day but yet again it's not. We have a pirate ship but it has air conditioned rooms. People have phones, but there is still islands that have kings and queens and princesses and princes. Ruby and I's best friend, Sapphire, our parents were all friends and thought naming us after rocks was a good idea, is the one who drives the ship while Ruby and I are gone. I'm captain, Ruby is 2nd in command, and lastly Sapphire is 3rd in command, but Ruby and I are always gone together.

Here's the story now lol

Ruby and I arrive at the island a decide to look around. This island was owned by a filthy rich king. He had one daughter that he was going to be marrying off. Right now Ruby and I were simply looking for the safe to take a few of the jewels.

While walking around the island we ended up coming across a quinceañera. We stopped to see what the dress looked like and it was a beautiful pink dress. While watching we heard someone tell us we weren't dressed correctly so we took that as our cue to leave.

Ruby and I split up to look around and I ended up coming across some sort of dance party. I accidentally bumped into someone which knocked them down. I helped them up and apologized but apparently knocking someone down was against the law. I got grabbed by guards and pulled away.

Ruby's POV

Both Jade and I have probably been searching on our own for a good 30 minutes. I was walking around outside when I saw a guard point at me and say something to another guard. They both started walking towards me so I immediately started running. They chased after me and I dive in and out of buildings trying to hide. As I finally stop to catch my breathe I hear a women shout and turn to see her only covered in a towel.

"I'm so sorry ma'am!" I then run out the door only to be grabbed by the two guards.
"Nice try." One sneered.

I was drug away. We walk up to a tiki hut sort of thing and I'm shoved in. I see the king standing in front of Jade and Jade staring right up at him. They both look over at me and I just stand up.

"What are you here for?" The king snaps.
"Well-" he cuts me off.
"You're Ruby. The other half of the Duo." I nod my head and he motions for me to stand beside Jade.
"You both violated some law here on my island. The ones who violate a law get locked up in prison."
"Sir, I didn't do anything." Jade reasons.
"You knocked a women over. That's against a law." He informs.
"With all due respect, that's bullshit." Jade retorts. The king gasps then a guard walks in.

Jade's POV

"Sir, Prince Joseph should be here soon." The guard informs the king.
"Thank you, I'll inform Lily." The guard nods. The king and guard continue talking for a second so I turn to Ruby.

'We should rescue the princess. That prince isn't good.' I sign to Ruby. We both know ASL.
'Agreed. We leave here and find her.' Ruby replies. I nod and we both turn to the king who just dismissed the guard

"You two are lucky, I have more important things to attend to. You're free to go."
"Thank you sir." Ruby replies. We both head out and look around.

When the coast is clear we both bolt towards the royal house. They don't live in a castle. I motioned towards the upstairs and she nods. I run upstairs and start searching for Princess Lily. I come across a room and see her go into a blanket to hide. We need to teach her some skills. I think to myself. I walk up to the blanket.

"Princess Lily." The blanket flies up to reveal a scared Lily.
"Please don't make me marry him. He's terrible." She trembles.
"You're safe. My friend and I are taking you away from here."
"Thank you!" She slips on her sandals and starts following me. We run down the stairs and right into Ruby.
"Ok, I found the Princess." Ruby nods.
"I called Sapphire. They are 2 minutes away." I nod then turn to the princess.
"Mind doing us a favor since we are helping you?"
"Ill do anything." Perfect.
"Where's your dad's safe?" Her eyes widen slightly then she starts running in a direction.

We follow behind her and she brings us to a giant safe. She unlocks it and we go in. We all grab a good amount of things then we close the safe and run off.

We make it back to the boat that docked at the other end of the small island. When we got on we placed the valuables in a crate and brought them to our own personal safe. We give the princess a room.

Mission complete.
