The following day we huddled up at the library. Harry has told us about what happened to him these past couple of days
"So you're saying that this weapon that you know who is after, is in the Department of Mysteries?" Ron asks
"It has to be" Harry answers
"Its got to be what Sturgis Podmore was doing the night he was arrested by the Ministry" Hermione says
"Isn't that where you said Arthur was the night he was attacked? Something in there has to be important enough for the Order to be guarding it" I add
"But why at the Department of Mysteries?"
"It makes sense Ron. Perhaps its something that the Ministry has been developing. Something top secret" Hermione pick up a news clipping and looks over it. "Look at this. There's been a mass outbreak in Azkaban"
"Bloody hell!" Ron exclaims
"Death Eaters" Harry says with anger and hatred in his voice
"Yeah" I slowly say
Two days had passed. We were sitting in the Great Hall, eating. Yesterday Hermione had Harry run an article to Rita Skeeter.
"Look Harry it's your article" Hermione say smiling and showing the article to Harry
Dozens upon dozens of owls fly in and begin to drop letters on Harry
"What on Earth?" Harry brushes through at the mail
"Fan mail! Responses to the article" Hermione says handing him a letter
"This is all fun and all but we better go to the Room of Requirement" I say standing up and the other follow
We head over to the room and some people were already there waiting. Sam was sitting around waiting for us to show up before he stands and the others come in
"We've been doing really well. I thought we should work in defensive blocking spells tonight" Sam says and we begin to practice
The next morning Harry had told us what happened last nigh and why he left early. He had told us that Dumbledore left the castle for a short while. We walk into the Great Hall and sit down at our tables. There was an assembly of some sorts. I turn to see Sam scowling at Umbridge who stands up and begin to read from a piece of parchment. She goes on to explain that she is now the Headmistress of the school due to Dumbledore not being present. She also explains that there will be an inquisitional squad lead by Malfoy and that she was ok with Filch bringing back the old punishment
Huge Timeskip cause nothing that involves side characters happen just Harry doing Harry stuff.
We walked a bit and saw Harry walking out so we ran up to him and began to talk
"You alright?" I ask the boy who looks a bit pale
"Voldemort! He's got Sirius. In the Department of Mysteries" Harry exclaims in a worried tone
"How do you know?" Asks Hermione
"I just saw it. How're we going to get there?"
"To the Department of Mysteries?" I question
"We've got to do something!" Harry exclaims
"How'd he get into the the Department of Mysteries? I mean he and Sirius are the most wanted wizards in the world..." Hermione says
"Yeah its not like they'd just waltz in to place swarming with Ministry officials" I add
"It just seems unlikely Harry"
