so it was evening once more, minjoon decided to go on a couple walk around the forest to look for strawberries for their desert. jimin decided to take along his smaller teddy bear "for protection purpose" was what he quoted. the sun was beginning to set, the forest taking in the golden glow

jimin spun around loving the fresh air and the smell of the flowers. namjoon, on the contrary, was struggling to get through a few tree branches that were getting in the way, partially due to his height. jimin passed through easily of course, and laughed at namjoon when he appeared with a couple of leaves stuck in his hair

jimin told namjoon to bend down while he brushed the leaves of namjoon's hair. they continued their walk around the forest, namjoon cramping the information of their route in his brain so that they wouldn't get lost later on. they continued walking for about another twenty minutes or so until it started to get dark, which was when namjoon decided it was a good time to head back

the forest dimmed quickly and before they knew it, they pretty much lost their way and couldn't see the floor well due to the little light there was. namjoon turned on his flashlight but failed to find his scattered rocks which he placed to ensure they found their way back

the minjoon couple decided to just keep continuing until jimin tripped on a stone, causing namjoon to toss his torchlight on the ground and catch jimin in his arms before jimin hit the ground. for a moment there, they gazed into each other's eyes, the moonlight illuminating jimin's now- crescent eyes due to how big he was smiling

namjoon blushed as well before helping jimin stand up straight. a blessing in disguise, turns out the rock jimin tripped on was along the path of scattered rocks, allowing them to find their way home

as they neared the glampsite, jimin started talking "thank you for today joonie, i know you love me and i'm sorry for overreacting. i learned my lesson, i promise i won't be a brat again." jimin cutely crosses his heart and smiled

namjoon ruffles jimin's hair, "alright alright, it's late already, go take a shower in the shower tent and then head to your own sleeping tent, i got us two separate ones just so we could get a little more space."

namjoon left jimin to shower and retreated back to his own tent. jimin places teddy in his tent and looked around the tent. a tent namjoon said, looked more like a hotel room. there was a fluffy mattress, about thirty pillows all scattered around, fairy lights, ten portable fans, a giant, yellow fluffy blanket and of course the most important thing, a bunch of brilliant yellow sunflowers in the middle

jimin was amazed by the aesthetics of the tent and felt his heart tingle because of the effort namjoon took to prepare the tent for jimin. "omg chimmy!" jimin yelped, spotting the yellow dog stuffie hidden between the thirty pillows. he picked up the yellow onesie namjoon brought for him and went to shower and then sleep

jimin looked up through the transparent roof of the tent and saw the hundreds of stars that lined the night sky. he was truly happy, he had never seen so many stars before. it was sad, he couldn't even the stars because of how much light pollution there was in the city, but here above the city, where it was serene and peaceful, the stars were spread out, hundreds and thousands of them for his eyes to see

just as he was about to fall asleep, he heard namjoon's voice call from outside of his tent. "baby? i have something for you!" namjoon unzipped jimin's tent and went in, carrying in plate with a strawberry shortcake on it. he placed it on jimin's mattress, kissing jimin on the forehead, "nite nite chim, eat your cake, it's your favourite desert. sleep well baby, i love you so damm much."

jimin hugged namjoon tightly and planted kissies everywhere

"nite joonie, i luv u too."
