I found myself waking up from a mystical and kaleidoscopic dream... Was it truly a dream or was this my new cosmic reality?.

My cell phone began softly playing "Within You Without You" by The Beatles while I was unconscious I felt a hand nudge my shoulder which was then followed by meditational chants and a man with a thick Scouse
accent, who's voice was accented with mysticism beyond his years.

While still in my unconscious state, a lyric to" Within You Without You" ricocheted in my skull.

"And the people, who hide themselves behind a wall of illusion"

Through my subconscious I could hear voices, belonging to none other than George Harrison, Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, and Paul McCartney.

I thought to myself, had I time traveled back to 1968, a different psychedelic realm where the music was better than the modern twist.

I suppose you're wondering how I fell down the rabbit hole into Rishikesh India, or how I time traveled to 1968, where I'm currently stuck in due to events which rearranged time's fabric itself.

My time traveler's journey didn't start in 1968, in fact it started much earlier at the height of Beatlemania, I'll start at the very beginning of course.

As she sidled tightly by a crowded line of stuffy, middle-aged blokes awaiting the next double-decker, Aurora, in between classes during her semester of study abroad in Liverpool, stumbled upon an ornate vintage antique store, with a lowly gleaming sign in the bay window reading "What's Your Pleasure?" Transfixed, she opened the thick carved wooden door to the jingle of a small bell and ventured inside, trading the bustle of the departing bus outside for silence, short of the faint sound of "Cloud 9."

Almost instantly as she arrived in the antique shop, she soon found herself face to face with the shop-keep, an elderly man who was the reincarnation of Henry Wilfrid Brambell, an Irish actor who played Paul's fictitious grandfather in the "A Hard Day's Night Film". The shop-keep entered the room holding a lustrous ring George Harrison once wore to Shea Stadium.

The shop-keep held out the ring sparkling in its beauty, her caramel colored eyes were transfixed upon the ring. Noticing this the shop-keep muttered under his breath " I see you're quite taken with this ring lass, it once belonged to George Harrison....try it on see if it fits your pleasure"

She slips the ring on and almost magically it was the perfect stunning fit. Upon the placement of the ring psychedelic colors appeared through the antique shop like indoor lightening it soon dissipated . She then paid for the ring but the shop-keep waved away her money " Free of charge, Lass I insist". "Thank you "she said. Suddenly the Psychedelic lightening reappeared and she was nowhere to be seen.
