Chapter 2

Preparing my wife for the test of her life when she had the gift of sight was proving to be a real bitch. I had ten weeks left of being my love's mentor and the best I could do was work on strength and stamina, I couldn't teach her anything because as soon as I'd decided what to teach and how to teach it she'd seen it and learnt it. She'd then use the move, combination or transition on me before I had taught it to her. She also learnt the blocks before I taught them.

"Morning milaya," I walked up to her and locked the gym door, pressing her against it. Whispering huskily I spoke in her ear, "training's cancelled. You're too bloody good wife." She shivered and then giggled softly.

"Well dear husband, you taught me."

"I've got a few more things to teach you," I said against her lips, lust and love filling my voice, face and eyes.

"God, I love you." By now our breathing was so laboured and we were so squished together our skin was burning- the sensation setting our souls ablaze. It was time to come together again. We spent that whole morning defiling every surface of and in the gym. No wall, floor or equipment piece was left untouched. Not even the showers escaped a defiling. I loved her and let her know it. I'd never be close enough to her, even when in her, when we were completely entwined it wasn't close enough.

Over the next ten weeks we worked on honing her skills and increasing her strength and stamina. Cancelling to defile the gym all over again became a regular occurrence- happening more often than not.

She was my wife, my Wonder Woman, and a godsend and an angel. How I had her as my other half was beyond me. I loved her to bits, always had and always would.

Her Vision was reasonably quiet and her only visions were positive ones, and often just training related. She was steady and sane. Especially because Lissa had voluntarily gone back onto her med's- if only for her best friend's sanity rather than her own. Rose had been extremely grateful and appreciative of her friend sacrificing her magic to keep both of them sane. Adrian, however, hated that Liss had forsaken the ability for the two to learn off each other. It didn't mean he'd stopped his outrageous attempts to woo my wife, and I swear she was about one more incident away from telling him she was already my Belikova.

Her next vision was on the morning of her trial and was one that would spin two girls lives in directions they never expected. It was in relation to Lissa as Tatiana had decided she wanted the Dragomirs on the throne. It meant we had a visit to pay to the middle school campus and a girl we'd met once who went by the name of Jillian (Jill (Jailbait)) Mastrano after Rose finished her trial. It was not an easy task, being about an extremely uncomfortable topic, yet the way in which Rose approached it was beyond brilliant.

"Jill?"

"Hey Rose! What can I do for you?"

"Jill, a permanent vision has shown me your mother has, understandably, hidden the true identity of your father. It's now imperative you know. So, I would like for you to come to the clinic for a DNA test. It would be Lissa's saving grace if you could at least humour the vision. You can be a powerful voice and force for the changes you believe in, the ones Lissa believes in also." God, my woman was being so diplomatic she could be one of the down-to-earth royals. The next thing that came out of her mouth stunned me. "There's a few tests I need running too, one being a DNA test. Humour me and accompany me?"

"Okay. Your permanent visions never lie, do they?" We headed to the clinic as a group.

"No. It's rather scary, and initially all of them were terrible. This one's good. Well, good for society and eventually good on the personal level for all involved." That last bit came out with a hint of her prophecy tone. My wife turned to me "Comrade, you can't escape a DNA test either." Uh oh. That's so not cool. Why was I needed to get Lissa the quorum she required to take her place on Council and then the throne?

I soon found out just before we left for Court two days later. Rose was dhampir compatible because she had normal Moroi fertility. Lissa had given her enough Dragomir essence and DNA to take the council spot when Liss became Queen. I'd turned out to have enough Dragomir genes to pass on the name. And Jill was Liss' little sister. The Dragomir's would rebuild with two Moroi lines and a legitimate dhampir line.
