(Mrs. Williams is seen being wheeled by two nurses into the labour room)

Mrs. Williams: (screams in pain)

Doctor: (enters labour room) Madam, you haven't dilated fully? (Washed his hands, wore his gloves and examined Mrs. Williams). Madam, you have only dilated 6cm. Nurse clear theatre! I am coming.

Nurse: Madam, do quickly! O!

Mrs. Williams: Are they going to operate me? I heard the doctor saying they should clear the theatre.

Nurse: (lied) I did not hear that o! Don't call bad thing for yourself.

Mrs. Williams: (screams again in pain)

Nurse: Madam, push now! Push! Before the doctor comes back.

Mrs. Williams: (screamed in pain)

Nurse: I can see the head of your baby. Let me give you Episiotomy.

Mrs. Williams: (screamed in pain)

Nurse: Good, push now!

(Lights out)
