When a person turns 15 or 16 they gainhints on who their soulmate is. The hints can be as simple as visions, feelings or thoughts. It would be a rare case for a pair of soulmates to gain tattoos containing things they like or Express. For example, kirishima would have 'manly' things on his soulmates arm, back or wrist. However it is really rare and only 1% of people can gain this.
